Mirage Park Resort - Premium All Inclusive

My room has fantastic mountain view. staffs had kindly behavior. in main restaurant, you could find lots of confectionery that's really delicious.

In this season, the variety of main restaurant dishes was very little. The basic facilities of each room were incomplete. For example, the toothbrush was not placed in the room. You don't get good features for the money you pay.

Big beautiful territory, plenty green areas, clean beach, food wherever and whenever you want, activity (yoga, billiard, tennis), hamam, sauna, hospitable staff

Disco until midnight, a lot of groups with business goals (conference etc.), lack of healthy snacks

Everything. The choice of food and drinks is amazing, the beach and location is beautiful, and cats are lovely. Kids absolutely love this place, and adults would find it terrific as well.Pricewise it's the best you can get for such an experience.

Just a very minor thing: even though the rooms are very good, the pathways to them inside the buildings would benefit from some refresh. Oh, and they really need to replace the ping-pong paddles :)

Rooms were not as described, staff were not helpful and waiters in the restaurant were rude and not attentive. The hotel reps bombard you and even after being told "We are no interested" They will continue to pester you even if your in the middle of dinner.When we arrived we were told there was an event running so no food was available not even room service, so after 14 hours of travelling we were left with no food options that evening. It was extremely hard to sleep with the disco going every night till late/ early hours in the morning, which was not stated anywhere and as the rooms are not soundproof its extremely hard to "block it out"It states they have a hairdresser however they can only do limited hair and not mens. After speaking with a manager about our issues it was very clear they were not interested.

The rooms are clean, the food is still good. Much better attitude from the staff then in summer. Almost no people in the hotel during the week. Clean tennis courts.

There were conferences during the weekend, and there was strong tobacco smell in the building. There was no such problem in summer. I suppose it is caused by people smoking all in the same place right outside the building under the roof. Second door would save the fresh air.

Loved the location of the hotel, large and green area, spacious room. The all-inclusive restaurant had a lot of different food, you can find something you like.

The disco is outside and the music is very loud until 2am, even if you close the balcony and curtains, you will not be able to fall asleep earlier. There is no iron and ironing board and order in the room is also not possible, there is a laundromat, but it is expensive. I came to this hotel for a congress, so it was important for me to put my clothes in order by morning, to iron, but it was impossible to organise it even for money, because the laundry works only from 10 am, although the hotel positions itself as a hotel for different events, conferences. I think, for many guests, to iron your suit before the performance is very important. The staff speaks russian and few of the staff speak english or german, not all guests speak russian, although the hotel was filled with 80 per cent russians.

Cozy hotel size and location, amazing views of the mountains. The beach was clean, the water was clear blue, and it was nice that the beach was mostly pebble/stone. There's plenty to do overall at the resort, but you can always find excursions to do around Antalya, which isn't too far away from the resort.

Most of the staff didn't really understand English (it was clear that they weren't really fluent). It was a bit difficult trying to communicate with Reception because of that. The other thing would be the parties/discos that were happening past 10 PM -- I know this is probably a plus for most guests, but because the hotel size is small, it was very loud most nights and would sometimes disturb sleep.

Wonderful place, excellent food , the variety was unbelievable, and very tasty. You can eat ( if you can) 24 hours a day. The service is great, the room was very nice , very clean. I recommend the resort very highly!!! And nobody tried or even mentioned to put a pressure on me to write here.

Food was not healthy. No double beds. Small pools in relation to number of guests.

The location was great behind is the mountains with sea view, we travelled in August, but the weather was great and not so hot, the food, restaurant, staff, pools, sea, were all great. it has nice park and small zoo inside, with many other facilities.

The waterpark was great. The entertainment activities were really good. The food was amazing and the staff were nice and helpful.

It is a bit far from Antalya. The AC had some issue. The waterpark closes a bit early.

The view and the location are great!Food very diverse and covered all sorts of tastes.

The room furniture ( including bed and mattress) were very old and not compatible with a 5-star hotel.

Facility is new, very clean, very friendly staff, hotel has entertainment programs but they do not bother guests with loud music or annoying attention from staff. Big territory, always easy to find a space either at the sea or near the pool. Food is very fresh and nicely cooked. No crowds at the restaurants while the hotel was pretty booked. Sea entrance is good, pier bar has nice location, you can also go directly to the sea with stiars from there.

If you are really thinking about a luxury stay in Turkey at the seaside then this hotel is the answer. Everything is on the top level of comfort. Large and clean rooms. Restaurant is definitely the best you can find in any hotel: quality and selection of meals is amazing (trust me, I'm a chief!), the restaurant is certified with ISO. The beach is large and there is enough sunbeds with tents. If you like activities like tennis then it's place for you too! If your kids like animals then there is a small zoo! Evening entertainment program is various and we enjoyed most of shows. What else to say? Just book staying in this hotel and later write a similar honest review yourself. :) IMPORTANT: We had a wedding anniversary and the hotel staff made a nice surprise for us! A bottle of champagne and a heart-shaped cake! It was a nice touch to our stay in this fab hotel.

In general, the stay was really good. Rooms, food, beach, facilities were great. Yes, rooms do need some minor refreshment, yes WiFi is not 100% stable (one day it was very slow, but other days it was 40 Mbps), but the sea was great, hotel territory was nice so these cons are minor. As a separate note, room cleaning was performed every day, minibar was replenished daily too.

The only thing that I didn't like was the work of reception. There were two cases when I was disappointed with their service:1. I initially had two separate room bookings for my family, because my parents had to leave one day earlier than my family, so I asked to have rooms close to each other, at least to have them on the same floor. This was confirmed by hotel team and I had this conversation here on Booking.com. But on the check in we were offered rooms on different floors and when I kindly asked the receptionist to fix that they said that it is not possible. I wrote the same question to the hotel team using Booking.com interface, and surprise! They were able to find a room on the same floor all at once. So don't hesitate to contact them using the app, you will get more support from the hotel in this case.2. As I said, my parents had to leave earlier one day. I ordered transfer to the airport for them and wanted to accompany them there, but on the check out receptionists asked me to pay for additional services (like games, etc) for my own room! They thought that I won't return back and won't pay for this! They did not even take into the account that my wife and kids were staying there. Of course I payed for this without objections but such obvious lack of trust in guests is not good for a ***** hotel.

Breakfast was amazing with a great spread.

Some activities were not operational due to lean season and the beach was not accessible due to works.

Stayed at this hotel just for one night. Reception team was very friendly and efficient. The help of Eyup Akkanat at the reception is highly appreciated. Very professional and helpful!
