A lots of things to do on the area of hotel . Rubi restaurant very good.

Drinks 98% water 2% alcohol. Wi-fi additional pay . Food was nearly the same every day but it was good. Every restaurant is good except the one on the beach .

The hotel is a scam in one word. On the booking website, for example, they stated that the internet is free, but when we got there, we were told that the internet is paid per device per day (2 eur) in each room, and it is free only in the lobby. We are talking about a hotel that advertises itself as ultra all inclusive, whatever that means to them. The staff are very unpleasant and act generally as if someone forced them to be there and it is not impossible for them to be unpleasant to the guests as well, they generally do their job and if they can bypass you with any service they don't have to do they will skip it. The hotel management is decent and they listen to your problems during your stay, but they are few and you rarely come into contact with them. All in all, the impression that we were deceived. I am not recommending this hotel to anyone. Save your money and time.

Location and spa facilities were good. Security at the beach area and the kids' clubs support staff had better hospitality than reception staff

Reception staff were extremely unkind and unfriendly. No welcome when we checked in, and no smiles nor friendly gestures. We were given a paper and told to read and follow. When checking out, the staff were rude by cutting my wristband and said go. We found some behaviours were racist and offending. When asked if any meat in the kitchen dining had beef, they said all food cooked using cow bones, so we were too careful to select our food even though we paid for all-inclusive. The weather was amazing, and the pool was good.

Service was great, staff was very friendly.

Different people at the massage parlor gave us different prices.

Food was delicious, the evening entertainment really good. The kids club monitors were super nice and the activities they proposed were fun. We spent an amazing week!! Kid's disco was a franc succes!

The music near the pool was way too loud. And we couldn't get housecleaning since they passed at 2pm every day, and it was the time to get the kids to sleep.But it was overall really good!

Everything was good. We arrived with three another family. All in all I can say the hotel was very good, the food was excellent,there were different kind of food every day in the restaurant so I must say everybody is able to find delicious food.The service was also great,the best waiter is MUSTAFA. He is kind, helpful and very patient man. We got the same table every day, he reserved it for us. Lets say something about the accomodation. We had a family room. Big, comfortable with a balcon. The room was cooled with airconditional, that you can easily switch off or on.PErfect. The house cleaning is also good. I can not say any bad about the ladies. THe pools are wonderful,enough large, about 26-28 degree. THe indoor pool is closed,pity.The beach is about 5-6 minutes walk far, not so much.On the beach there is a bar, you won't be thirsty. The entertainment team was also great, they did their job very well. In the evening the nights were fantastic, with many programs. The finally I would say that the ice.coffee was super.

It is really diffucult to say anything about it. But If I want to be honest, I would say the internet.If you want a good, fast connection, you have to pay extra cost. For a day of internet you have to pay 5euro/person/day and then you will feel like you are at home with your net.And still one thing must be mentioned. Not everyone is from Russia. So the bar workers must be more polite with other nationalities.

Beach was nice

Exteremely rude staff at the reception, spa, and so onEven though you are in an all-inclusive resort, they want to rip you off for every little thing. The last day we asked for a packed breakfast and they wanted to charge an extra 10 € per person for lunch box. I explained that I just want a breakfast package, as I paid for that breakfast and it works even in 1 star hotels, but the receptionist just throw the paper at me and pointed at the 10€ lunchNo one speaks english, most of them dont even understand ice creamIts more of a 3 star hotel then 5Extremely loud music all day, impossible to rest. It feels like you are partying at the room even at 23:00. Same by the pool from morning to night. Our ears hurt after this experienceThe shows were usually boring. The only good one was the Turkish night, the rest was poorCould explain the flaws forever..I would definitely not come back to this hotel for this money

Everything was nice. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and serviced every day. Towels and additional bathroom accessories are changed daily. The food was delicious and varied. Great snack restaurant. The animators did their job perfectly, they were fun and offered various activities. I liked the Spa center. Good employees who know their job. The price-quality ratio is very good. The area is very nicely arranged and cozy. Thanks to all the staff for a great and comfortable time spent!

It was really good value of money because that we had full service we had wish.

The hotel is good, clean, good location, not too far from the sea, staff is friendlyWhat was amazing is the variety of food, deserts. Everything was delicious.

The activities are very limited, music and concert from 9 to 11 are mostly dedicated to old people. Also didn't like the alcoholic drinks.

Wi-Fi only in the lobby. How ever its mention there is Wi-Fi but if u need in ur room or around the hotel u have to pay extra charges

Clean and food was good for a week vacation - repeats on the second week. There was also one good show on a night - others were random.

Wifi for a fee, too cramped at the pool, have to walk to the beach that is so so in our opinion. They stop the AC and shut down the light when lunch or dinner is over, pretending to do energy savings, but they consume so many little plastic containers for water that for sure, it is not ecological. The waiters are very nice but they were trained to remove your plate as soon as possible, even when you are not done. There are no proper bed in, with a very light blanket only to cover at night, and rooms are small. I’d say it is not really a family place and more of a couple place.

The staff need to learn some English language ?. Because they speak Russian and Turkish. In the hotel there was 90% Russian

Very good stuff. I like the animators by the pool.

Wifi was very bad, it work only in loby. The food was too much traditional. I was with baby and have big problems with the food for him.

They upgrade our room to sea view , we are very thankful. Beautiful beach few minutes walk from the hotel.Tasty food, very clean .

Food is amazing, staff is awesome, location is perfect (not exactly on the beach but need 3 min by foot).
