Focus on Russian and Ukrainian tourists… felt a bit bored as a turkish speaker

I liked that this hotel exceeded my expectations. I was very skeptical and didn't expect much. What I saw on photos - I thought it will be some old design hotel. But actually it was pretty decent. I also thought that the rating was artificial, and probably partly it is, but in the end everything is perfect. I also read some negative comments and was afraid about some aspects, but in the end all is good. Our main goal was to meet with our families (different ages from 0 to 75), which are dispersed around many countries. Our mission is successfully completed.

Coffee is a disaster. I didn't expect them to provide specialty baristas coffee. I just wanted to have some simple made cappuccino. But I don't know why, they do it very bad. Can you image - they don't tamper the shot, or they tamper with the glass =) And the size of espresso - is like an americano. Then they don't clean up the steaming tube, and when they steam milk - I cannot watch it. Why don't they buy some automatic machines? In Germany in any bakery you will get a better one coffee (but we all know how bad such coffee is, then you can image what they do in the hotel).Another bitter aspect - sometimes the dishwasher cleaner stays on the cups, and when you make a tea or coffee - you will have a very bad taste.

The guest relations, reception staff, resort staff one by one with no exception, restaurants, location, nature of the resort, cleanliness, attitude of the staff, availability of almost everything, variety of types and items in the menus, pool and kids concept idea.

- The photographer booth, the worst photographer you could ever imagine; we had one free shoot with the resort reservation, and they failed to make it, they printed it blur and very low quality. We also won another free shoot with bingo, they didn't even print it; And despite all this, when we asked them to share soft copies with us, they never did! Total failure and disappointment.- The hookah (shisha) booth, delay in preparing hookah for almost 30 minutes each time, not renewing coal, delay in service over all with expensive pricing.

Great location, helpful staff and good food

We only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed longer. The service throughout the resort was top notch and we enjoyed a fantastic buffet dinner and breakfast. Well worth the price paid.

Not much to complain about.

This was our first stay at a Turkish all-inclusive, having mostly frequented Greek and Spanish resorts earlier. It did not disappoint and exceeded expectations in some areas - like vegetarian food choices. The location is great and the staff is helpful. The food choices are excellent for meat eaters and also for vegetarian diets. The facilities are well maintained, and the hotel grounds are meticulously groomed.We enjoyed taking early morning walks through the grounds with the sweet smell of flowers greeting you as you step out of the hotel building (we were in the residence buidling). The rooms were very spacious exceeding our expectations based on pictures we saw on booking.com, and the provision of connected family rooms which could be converted to an apartment by closing off a part of the corridor at night time was a key factor in our choice of hotel.We especially loved the Gozleme stall in the kebab house, with the very friendly and cheerful lady that made them to order (picture attached). She deserves a pat on the back for bringing a smile to guests' faces as she prepares the gozleme to order.The heated pool is very handy if visiting early or late in the season - we spend 9 nights in April with the first half having overcast days where we made full use of the heated pool. The main pool was too cold to be used during this time. The weather in the second half of our stay was warm enough to venture into the sea. The kids spent a day on the slides in the separate kids' pool area. It is a small waterpark but more than sufficient for kids up to pre-teens. Older ones might find it boring after a few goes. Adults are allowed to go with their children onto the slides, which was very helpful for those with younger kids. It would have been great if the hotel's private pier on the beach was open earlier with the stairs attached to descend to the sea rather than having to wade in from the shore, which is a bit pebbly.

The spa where you collect pool towels has a member of staff that is very pushy in marketing their massage options, repeatedly and rather annoyingly every single time you go there. This staff member also carries this marketing into the pool area which interferes with the enjoyment of guests. The individual does not take a polite no thanks. It was a rare exception to an overall relaxed and easygoing vibe from all other staff. We mentioned this to reception during our stay, and they requested that a comment be included in our review as a physical feedback book was not available.

This is our second stay in this hotel. Last year all was amazing - room, service, food and seas side. This time I noticed that beach was quite dirty unfortunately

The resort itself was clean and rooms were a very good side. There are multiple swimming pools and a lovely kids club.

The vegetarian good options were poor, limited choice and food in the buffet was not fully labelled. Despite complaining about this I saw no change during the stay. The front desk provided a vegan menu from which we could order food but it had about 5 options for a week's stay.

Food, a view from the balcony, service, and territory, was very green and beautiful, and, of course, the animation team 10 of 10. ?

Not really much to tell about drawbacks. Just the room needs a bit of small improvements. I could close the chest of drawers they were keep coming out, and there is an extra lock on the door from inside, which needs to be screwed.

We were warmly welcomed at the reception and answered any questions we had about the hotel during our stay. Wide beach, good pools. You will always find a place to relax. Very nice atmosphere and good food. We will make a reservation at this hotel for a longer period next year.

Quite a variety of food, we like they organised thematic dinners. Activities for children were nice, the child enjoyed it.

The sink in the bathroom was quite high for the child. We realised only on the last day that there were children step stools available upon request. It would be good that during the check in the staff mentions this for the guest with children.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Seven Seas Hotel Life.The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, provided with everything you might need during your stay.I was surprised how good the wifi was, comparing to other resorts we’ve been . The signal was really good in all areas of the resort which we’ve used, the restaurants, bar, pools, kid’s club.The food was good, I particularly enjoyed the variety at breakfast. I’ve seen negative comments regarding the cats and the restaurant being on open and concerns about flies . I have to say that I saw exactly 3 gorgeous cats and they did not bother us in any way and we did not encounter any flies and bugs issue, actually I was surprised of the lack of any bugs regarding the warm weather.The beach is really nice, our sons were really happy about the slide and the swings. There is sand, but when you enter the water it is a bit stony, it wasn’t a problem for us . The water at this time of the year was really warm.The kids club is great and the staff members amazing, all of them very kind, smiling and welcoming. The club is a huge plus for the resort.Lastly , I loved the fact that it was not too crowded. The resort is quite big with many swimming pool areas and green areas, so we never felt overwhelmed with people around us.The green areas are amazing.We are definitely looking forward to visiting Seven Seas again.

Rooms service and location is good. But I have to give a bad review to the hotel because they allow animals in the property (cats) without vaccination or any animal control. During our stay 2 kids of 2 different families were bitten by the cats and we needed to rush to hospital in 2 different ocassions to get the kids vaccinated for rabies which is not the type of experience you are looking to have in a vacation neither in a hotel.So unless the hotel can control the health status they shouldn't allow it.

Fantastic hotel right on the sea, big pool, very kids-friendly, quite and green. There was no loud music or drunk people at night. The hotel guests were very nice too. My partner says that fitness center could be bigger but it has all necessary facilities. Otherwise it's absolutely fantastic hotel! I'd come back.

Good food, great value in terms of money, good location and nice beach! Sad was really good

Initially had checked in to general suite and found that facility very old, but after upgrade to new residence building had great experience
