The resort offers a good variety of food, with most staff being exceptionally friendly and welcoming. There’s excellent entertainment for kids, a beautiful sandy beach, and lush green outdoor areas. It’s conveniently located near shopping streets and features impressive outdoor pools with fun slides.

Reception: The gentleman at the front desk appeared disengaged and, at times, borderline rude, creating an unwelcoming first impression.Hammam & SPA Service: Service quality was very poor. Staff were impolite, occasionally yelling at customers at reception, making inappropriate jokes during procedures, and refusing assistance when equipment malfunctioned. Equipment was in poor condition—lockers and water stations were non-functional, steam bath sensors overheated and caused skin burns, and both adult and baby pools had cold water. Clean beach towels were stored on the floor before being handed to guests, including children.General Facilities: Many areas were worn out. Couches and pillows were dirty or torn, and cats roamed freely across outdoor spaces, including dining areas.Room Conditions: Bathrooms had black mold, and there was absolutely no sound insulation. Entertainment noise from the amphitheater continued until 23:30, making rooms unsuitable for families.

Excellent quality price value. Beautiful view. The beach is very close. Nice area. Very good restaurant.

The room could be cleaned better. Bathroom equipment is worn out.

They have great cooks, so meal was tasty with great selection of dishes.Animation for kids is great (specifically a club where you can drop off your kids).On-site water park is really good and is in a good condition, with area for kids.They have really good massage specialists in their spa center. I wish I discovered that earlier during my stay.The main pool is big and well maintained.

Room wasn't particularly clean, besides timing for room cleaning service was inconsistent.The hotel is pretty worn out, balcony doors did not operate smoothly (we had a room with two balconies). We also experienced issues with air conditioning ( had to ask the hotel staff twice to check/repair the AC because it did not cool enough, sometimes had impression it did not cool at all).Another cleanness issue we experienced with utensils (in cafeteria), in some cases the result of mediocre dish-washing (discovered traces of lipstick on a wineglass), in other cases might just turn out not collected for washing after previous use (knives specifically often not being collected and left on tables).

A wonderful experience at Sherwood Greenwood Resort!Everything was great – the food and drinks were excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The resort has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, with most guests being lovely Russian and English families, along with a few other nationalities.The activities were fun and diverse, and I especially enjoyed the Colombian music band – they brought amazing energy to the evenings!The only small downside was the snack times, which could have been better scheduled.Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially for families with children. Don’t hesitate you’ll have a fantastic time! ?

First of all the staff were just amazing, specially animation team Arda, Sait, Mehmet and Dilek! Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable! So funny, friendly, outgoing and ready to help and support with any queries! Lots of entertainment throughout the day! Specially I would like to highlight the evening show program, it’s a world class show, which is very unusual to see in a 4 star hotel! Bravo! Thaaaank you to all animation team once again ! The hotels is drowning among green trees, rooms are very clean , changing bed sheets and towels daily. Food is great and lots of variety every day! Pool is big and there were never a problem to find a sunbed! Overall the hotel is much recommended

Mini club personal is best of the best and in this hotel is really really big, clean and beautiful mini club ?

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I liked the taste and variety of foods, the all-inclusive formula with the different bars. For kids the water slides are big fun even though the water in the water play-ground (for smallest kids) was just too cold for anyone to play there, even in October. But still our youngs really loved it.

The room wasn't really modern, not that bad to make us unhappy but certainly not at the level of European or Western 4 stars hotel. "Oldish" with cheap furniture, especially the bathroom.They could clean a bit better the pool areas.

In general good value for money: location, territory with all necessary stuff, outside of the room everything is very clean, food is average, but you can always find something.

Inside the room facilities (mostly bathroom) is either old or broken, our balcony door was barely opening… but the main problem is ROOM CLEANING, which will never happen and you need to clean it on your own, max change towels and garbage. And another pain point - NOISE, this animation stage is located in the center and you hear like you have disco every evening in your room. All requests to put us to another room (cuz we have a baby) with the windows looking on the other side was ignored saying the hotel is full.

Very noisy from 20:30 till 23:00 because of the evening show and disco. Children couldn't sleep in the room with closed windows.Room was dirty when we checked in. It was cleaned up next day only.

We had an incredible time at Greenwood Hotel! The entire experience exceeded our expectations.The food was outstanding, with a vast array of options daily. The beach was pristine and well-maintained, perfect for relaxation.The evening entertainment was the highlight of our stay - absolutely fantastic!The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.Our room was cozy and comfortable, although the shower could benefit from some improvement.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Greenwood Hotel. Highly recommended!

On a global level, this is the dirtiest place I have ever known in my life. Rude employees, the hotel is dirty and not clean in general, and there is no interaction, services or activities to mention. I advise everyone to stay away from them.

Location near the beach was fantastic, food was good.

Rooms were old and run down. Hotel was dirty, along with the beach facilities. Staff were unattentive and lazy. Hotel management didn't leave their office, so had no idea what state the hotel had declined to. Sad to see such a nice place with so much potential in serious decline... This hotel is a party palace and not a place for families with children or pensioners. Very noisy stay! The airport transportation was only one direction, we had to pay for taxi on the return. Read everything regarding your stay carefully!!! Room service is almost nonexistent, 10 days and room not cleaned once! Only changed towels and took garbage out after 5 days, never changed bedding!

It was a very good choice for family and kids. The hotel was clean and the staff was kind and helpful.food are delicious but repeated specially for lunch. Salad bar and dessert was goodEvery night, the hotel had various and beautiful shows and intertaiment.The hotel has relatively good slides and water games for children and adults Which is very diverse and attractive.special thanks to Mr Sahan at reservation that speaks English fluently.

1_We reserve one triple room from booking about 10 day before our arrival date but when we arrived they told us that the triple rooms are not available! They offered us a family room but charge us 200 $ more thats not pleasant ?.the rooms at fourth floor was hot too. 2_the towels will change if u asked. they are washed but still had some stain on it . 3_ the spa and Hamam can be better and need improvement.

First of all enjoyed the patience and kindness of staff members including with the exception of one guy on the reception i will cover later. Food is good everywhere shawarma, fried chicken, gelseme you name it as well as that you get free cocktails with real alcohol which is rare props to that.Water slides are better than in some of the five star hotels.Incredible quality sauna is free.Beach is great.Price to quality ratio is exceptional.

The guy at the reception was very rude fortunately he did not check me in he straight up lied to guests about a lot of things.Unfortunately restaurant food is very repetitive and does not have that special something even though it’s high quality and tastes amazing.Room cleaning is not on the level bed sheets were not changed at all.Animation is just non existent the main guy is just a joke in a bad way. There are activates table with everything that’s fun water polo, air soft, darts and only darts is actually announced and played other activities are ignored.There are two black skinned male guys who always try to speak with woman can speak 4 common languages russian german english turkish avoid them.

Toilet doesn't work properly. Music is too loud for kids. Room service doesn't clean rooms. Air conditioner is broken.

Lovely staff. Pool area was nice and kids waterpark a big bonus. Variety of lunch places and good quality drinks. Kids disco and evening entertainment all pretty good. Short stroll to beach which also has a snack bar available. Rooms spacious and clean, comfortable beds.

Food slightly repetitive but to be expected after 9 days! Evening entertainment quite noisy some night until midnight...not a problem unless you have little children and close to the stage like us.

Didn't like the food, same every day.No staff spoke English though some were very pleasant Worst thing was the rooms. In dire need of refurbishment as downstairs was okay but other floors were not. Rooms very small, Very dated. No English TV.

There was an issue every day with sun loungers if you weren’t downstairs before 7am, especially round the kids pool. The food was not great. Meals were repeated each day. Not much variety.

Breakfast Lunch AND Dinner were superb and Location was very good 500 m from the beach only
