Breakfast was good as was the location. Secure bike storage was available which is important to us. The staff were very good during our stay and recommended a good local restaurant for dinner that evening.

Nobody there until 2:00, noisy room if facing Ave National (we did) and breakfast food was really mediocre.

Lovely, family-run hotel in central Pontivy with easy walking distance of center. Stayed in gorgeous King Suite on ground floor with separate living area. Very quiet. Very comfortable. Huge walk in shower. Ample free parking right outside property. Hotel staff very welcoming and extremely helpful.

Continental breakfast very expensive at 15 Euros per person.

The staff were excellent and so helpful.

Maybe it’s the time of year. The fact it opens at 3pm and closes at 9pm. No facilities. So no bar after 9pm, nowhere to sit when you arrive back from an evening out. Also the room was freezing. However they did bring in an auxiliary heater which did help.

It’s a small boutique hotel with charm and character and accompanying staff.

Lovely hotel,and wonderful staff.We turned up very early at 12.15 soaking wet (we were on a motorcycle) they gave us a room and dried all our clothing in a drying room.The room was very comfortable and clean.They even lent us an umbrella (as the rain didn't stop all day)so we could have a look around the town and have some dinner.There was secure parking , undercover at the rear of the hotel for our motorbike.A great hotel.

Breakfast was a good French breakfast with plenty of choice. The location is good within walking distance of the town centre. Room was characterful; shower room was excellent; the loo was separate which is good.

Our only criticism was that the loo seat was a bit wonky and needed tightening up.

We had booked parking behind the gates of the property, which was important for us, and which we got. The staff made us feel very welcome and we received a friendly and personal service. All questions were answered to our satisfaction. They went the extra mile the next morning to allow an early getaway, to reach the ferry.

Really welcoming staff who looked after our needs. We were a group of four cyclists and the staff understood our need for secure bicycle storage. The hotel has en excellent secure lock up within the locked walled garden. Lovely clean hotel and very modern interior. Good breakfast.

Very friendly staff, spacious room, quiet location, close to SNCF.

It was an all round great experience. From making the initial booking, and the subsequent correnspondence with the hotel, to the arrival, the easy check-in and the friendlyness we were greated with and the subsequent helpfulness regarding restaurants, to the easy 'check-out' at departure. Everything went very smoothly.

Tidy and secure parking for our motorcycles.The staff were fantastic! Sourcing oat milk for me and unlocking the gate when they heard our bikes coming. Very friendly and helpful

The hotel was a traditional French house five minutes walk from town. We used on street parking, which was safe and plentiful in the area.The hotel owners were friendly and helpful, providing useful information on restaurants and attractions. Our room was a good size and the bathroom was newly fitted with a fantastic shower.Breakfast was buffet style and included jomd made yoghurt and cake. The coffee was very good.

The weather had turned cold that week and the hotel was a little cold.

Unfortunately the restaurant has permanently closed and there was no garage or store for our bikes . Fortunately the weather was dry so it didn’t matter they were outside over night.

Good location, walking distance to where we needed to be. Staff was friendly.

The room didn’t have shampoo, just a soap dispenser at the shower; the bed was really small for two people; the elevator sometimes didn’t work. we had to pay a late checkout fee because we checked out 20min after the time advised. Usually good hotels don’t charge guests if they are even 1 hour after the check out time.

Cancelled our twin room before arrival and wouldn't let us walk away, instead offered us a triple room at a higher cost.
