ibis budget Pontivy

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place offered 3 beds bedroom with all the basic facilities and that’s exactly what we needed. The breakfast was good.

Friendly staff. Nice bar area. Microwave we could use.

The staff are very welcoming. The young lady who greeted us spoke very good english.

The rooms are really small but it is afterall a budget hotel

I didn't take breakfast but was very happy with the location.. Easily reached just off the duel carriageway...The Staff is very friendly and helpful and restaurant ajacent... .. so there is no need to go out in the car

I was disappointed that there were no tea coffee making facilities..

Comfortable beds. Air conditioning welcome during the heatwave. Dog friendly rooms and restaurant. Good value.

Quiet place very quiet.maybe because it was Saturday night.and the shopping mall was closed.

I clearly made reservation for a 4 year old kid but the sticker on bed above mine said suitable for 6 years and above.

Other than the significant amount of remodeling work being done everywhere it was exactly as expected and good value for the money.

The room needed an additional towel to dry hands.

Breakfast was basic but sufficient. There was a restaurant next for an evening meal.

No storage in the room and no coffee making facilities.

That they had a space for my bicycle in a locked garage thank you for that the gentleman who checked me went above and beyond to help Super market right next door to fill up the snack pack Nice selection for breakfast

If I was to not like anything the shower had run about of soap that's it was a solid stay

unfortunately my room radiator and heating was not working with 4c temperature was terrible.staff claimed no other rooms available only after I declined to accept such answer they answer they found another room

Easy and affordable

The room is a bit claustrophobia inducing. A faint smell of smoke in every room.

The breakfast could possibly have offered a little more variety in the cereals that were available e.g. it would have been nice for muesli to have been included but overall was good. The location was in a residential area on the edge of Pontivy, beside a small, newly built shopping centre approximately 20 minutes walk to the town.

I would say that the room was a little cramped for two people if more time was being spent at the hotel & also lacked storage space for clothes. However, as I & my colleague were attending a cycling event in a nearby town & were out for most of the daytime, this was not an issue.

The rooms in this Ibis are smaller than other Ibis. I'm not a fan of the toilet space which I have commented on before.

A typical IBIS Budget hotel - nothing wrong. You get what you pay for every time. The room was small but clean, staff were great, especially the house-keeper. BUT, spending more than one night in a IBIS Budget has become impossible for us & this was our last multi-night stay in the chain of hotels. The 70x95cm toilet with crepi on the walls, just to add to the torture chamber feel, has just become impossible to put up with - grazed knees & elbows for the trip home..

I hated the 70x95cm toilet box (kitty litter) with crepi on the wall ... torturous.
