Kyriad Hotel Nevers Centre

It was very centered located in the city buzzing with young business professionals. The staff was incredibly accommodating, funny, and helpful. The room was perfect small impeccably clean very warm compared to the outside.

The hotel had everything we needed. The secure parking was great for our rental car and only 80 metres from the hotel. The breakfast was inexpensive and great value with cold boiled eggs but you boil your own if desired. This hotel is privately owned and it showed in the appearance and staff.

The hotel has a nice welcoming feel and the staff were very friendly. The room was quiet, warm and spacious. Free street parking outside the hotel was most convenient. Location is great, a short 10 min walk to the Sanctuary of Saint Bernadette.

It was fine for what we needed. Unpretentious hotel in a nowhere location but fine for an overnight stay. The staff were quite accommodating and the room was clean if small.

English was spoken at reception and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The pillows were comfortable and the shower was good. A little bottle of water was provided. It is possible to walk to the centre.

The hotel parking is separate from the hotel, about 80 metres away. It was a good size and closed at night. There were 3 beds in the room but only 2 hangers in the bathroom. There was a tiny garbage bin in the bathroom and none at all in the main room. Lighting was provided by several lamp shade type pillars, with no central light. Because three beds were in the room it was difficult to get past the air conditioning for one of them. The air con was controlled from a central point.

It was clean , the staff was not so good in English but did the best to communicate and support in every possible way so it is more a + than a - in my perspective.

Rooms was a bit small , felt like a cruise cabin ( I am not too tall but was very close with my head to the ceiling) . so if you have issues with small spaces it can be a bit unpleasant , for me for 1 night no issue.

Approach from outside coming in to hotel looking smart reception staff excellent especially Marie super efficient and really good English, Room comfy and clean restaurant is excellent food good and great value,breakfast well presented and good selection all in all great hotel at a great price

Decent location, breakfast as okay. Bike storage was a welcome addition.

The restaurant in the hotel was good. It was quite easy to walk into the centre of Nevers

I found the bed not the most comfortable and the room was a little small compared to other Kyriad hotels I have stayed in. Also, whilst the breakfast was good, it was not quite as good as other Kyriads.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was okay.

The beds were not comfortable. The restaurant had good reviews and we were looking forward to a nice meal. Unfortunately, the food was not good. The staff also argued loudly with each other. It was not a pleasant experience.

The room was small for 3 adults. Very limited choice to eat an evening meal due to it being Sunday. The hotel restaurant was closed and very few open in the town.

Liked the decor. Liked the secure car park, liked the cleanliness and liked it proximity to the town.

The restaurant was poor, the waiter was rude and unfriendly. The food was disappointing when it finally arrived and was poor value.

The hotel was very pleasant and all the staff were friendly and helpful (particularly the reception staff who couldn't have been more welcoming). The car park was nice and secure albeit a short walk from the hotel. Our room (for three adults) was very nice and comfortable. We had a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant which was convenient as the nearest restaurants were quite some walk away. The breakfast was ideal and had all that we needed. We walked into Nevers town centre which seemed like a nice town on the river Loire.
