Hôtel de Clèves

Convenient, quiet location.

Reception not always open on time.

Very friendly lady, good location, good price

It's a great little hotel, 5 min walk from Nevers cathedral. We had a little apartment to accommodate a family of 5. It was clean and comfortable. It had air conditioning and two bathrooms, which was great. Better than expected for the price and the lady at reception was very helpful.

Close proximity to the event which we were attending. Good eating very near by.

lack of secure parking.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and very clean and spacious.

Dominique was extremely helpful, agreeing to postpone my stay by a night because of the weather. I could leave my bicycle safely under cover in the courtyard. Comfortable room. Adequate French breakfast. Hotel nicely decorated.

The member of staff on duty was amazing so helpful and such a hard worker. She was on the front desk when we arrived and ironing laundry at 11pm . Then she served our breakfast. The place was spotless. Our family room (19) was in 2 floors with 2 bathrooms. The breakfast was a bargain. An amazing friendly place .

Great location in centre. Dominique was very helpful. Great value for money. Convenient for train station

All good.

The property was very nice clean and tidy and the breakfast was nice. We had an air conditioner in our room which was great. But our Granddaughters on the 2nd floor only had a fan and it was a very hot night. So not easy to sleep.

The parking is in a single garage away from the hotel. Directions where difficult in French without a map. The reception did not speak any English which made this even more difficult.

Nice welcoming. Helpfull very pleasant staff.Breakfast ok, no choice. Croissant bread yoghourt and hot drink and juice.

Location and room were great. Very clean and tidy.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room

A typical 2 star hotel with a small room and limited facilities but inexpensive. Reception staff very friendly and helpful and no noise in the room despite there being quite a number of guests. Breakfast served in well decorated reception area was good.

Space in room was limited.

Freshly renovated room and bathroom - very nice.

The French-style pillow.

The location is perfect and the staff friendly. The room was small but fine.

Very nice little hotel at the heart of Nevers, close to both the train station and the cathedral. Many restaurants around the hotel. The owner was very kind and tried to accommodate our needs the best she can.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Great location 5 minutes from station. Extremely clean. Hotel manager who welcomed me was helpful. Very quiet. Pretty nice bed, a little firm for me but not bad. Lavish duvet, although the room was chilly I was not - it made the bed very cosy.

Couple tiny details like the shower grouting could do with being redone, no impact on stay quality.

Close to station and centre of town

I had am email to confirm that they would check me in between 12 and 1pm, I arrived at 12.05 and there was no one there even though opening hours were until 12.30pm plus no one answered my phone calls

Very near to the train Station. Big comfortable room in the City Center but really quite. Concierge was very friendly. Closed Room for Bikes. Merci

Everythink personel with smile in face super clean quiet centrum of city

Easy parking, just in front of the hotel. Come around 5 pm to secure a parking spot. Lots of restaurants and sightseeings, walkable around the hotel. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy. We communicate through google translate, since I cannot speak French. Very glad we can borrow an electric kettle and mugs. Thank you.

check-in was at 5 pm.
