Room layout, parking (entrance too narrow for our rental car)

Not somewhere we would recommend.

Rooms very basic and cold. Location.

It was odd. We arrived late after staff left and unfortunately something set off their alarm which we did not do but were blamed for it. Place was adequate. Odd place.

Breakfast was fine. Location wasn’t great. Quite a walk from centre of town.

Overall this hotel was very bad value for money. Very pleasant lady in charge, but no way is this a €100+ per night hotel when breakfast isn’t included. There was a loud electrical humming noise in the room all night.

Breakfast was superb! Ample choices. Delicious bread and jams. Fruit and yogurt. Great coffee. Hardboiled eggs. All we could want. Garden was pleasant. Appreciated the free parking. The owner was kind and friendly.

The room was spartan. Very basic. Bathroom being up 3 stairs was awkward.

The relaxing garden really is an oasis with confortable garden furniture, lots of plants and shady trees and quiet. The owner, Sylvie Decorde and the manager Fabien are welcoming and very, very helpful. Mdm Decorde gives much attention to detail. The well stocked breakfast buffet table is very carefully laid out and looks most attractive. Excellent, safe bike parking. Overall, a hidden gem in Nevers.

The breakfast was nicely served but unfortunately the milk was bad and assuming that it was UHT, it must have been quite old. A major drawback for the hotel. The room was facing the main street, which made the room not so quiet.

Location was in a fairly run-down area and the hotel had no street appeal.However once inside the complex was fine.

Breakfast could be a little better

Booking website equally unclear. We had to pay 5 euros for parking and extra tourist tax with card when we arrived. There was no warning that no one would be there after 10pm, luckily we just made it into the car park at 9.30pm to be told gates locked till 7pm. We were on first floor, room 4, the tvs can be heard from next door room. The shower has hot water, the rooms and linen are clean. A little basic quite frankly for the money and the toilet has no sink so you have to go into the bathroom to wash your hands. We didn't use breakfast option. A little expensive for what there was. C

Very clean. Good parking off the street. Excellent breakfast.

No air conditioning, but there were opening windows in most rooms and fans were provided. It’s a little tricky to find, but worth the effort. Don’t let the outside fool you. There’s a great little garden and hotel, once you drive through to the back.

Friendly staff, really kind and helpful. Quiet location even though it is so close to town. Clean room,comfy bed. Breakfast was good. Dog friendly too, which is great.

The size of our room was unfortunately too small for our expectations and the windows led to nowhere (just facing a wall of a very small patio without access to enough air).

A surprising gem. Nice room, lovely service, quiet for a great sleep. Awesome breakfast in a beautiful room. Great location for walking into center and restaurants.

The private garden is quite nice. Excellent for summer but of not much use in winter. Too cold to sit outside.

The location to town is inconvenient. Also the entry way is almost like entering a workshop.
