Breakfast is very good. Plenty of variety. Coffee from the machine is a bit weird - but that's always the case from a machine. Quite pricey, but if you're treating yourself...

The hotel staff gave us a quiet room on the top floor as per our request and we really appreciated that. Breakfast is perfect. I hadn't been to this hotel is over a year and the lobby and breakfast areas have been totally redone and it looks great! Definitely coming back there.

No air conditioning. Hot night before a long onward journey. Fan in our faces window had to be open. Traffic noise and light. Hardly slept at all.

It was convenient to have a bar, to socialise with other guests, particularly whilst the Olympics were on. The selection of food at breakfast was reasonable.

The hotel facilities were ok but the room facilities were below average. The duvet cover was ripped. There was no aircon, just a noisy desk fan. Not enough pillows. Not enough sockets at the bedside . Also, every front of house staff member we encountered , was unwelcoming and appeared utterly miserable!

Good location with easy parking and friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good too. Love that hotel is dog friendly and a reasonable price.

Pillows weren't the most comfortable but not a massive issue.

Foyer, bar, and reception being upgraded, bit of a shock to walk into. We were only staying 1 night, fortunately. To be fair receptionist, got us drinks from somewhere and chairs to sit outside.

the hotel reception was so helpful. he showed us the nearby restaurant. I also left my eyeglasses when I checked out and I just contacted the hotel, very responsive and so helpful. The service is way beyond my expectation.

convenient for travelling through, free car park and good wifi. places to eat within walking distance.

Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. could have been fixed by opening the windows for a while.

APPAULING BREAKFAST AND FACILITIES.

EVERYTHING the only best bit was the bathroom. As we asked for a dog friendly room we were given a disabled room - everything was very low!!!!!

One night stay as we were travelling. Good for one night but no better than an Ibis budget.

No air conditioning. We wanted a drink after we were booked in but the bar was closed despite them saying it was open 24/7. The night staff were not very helpful.
