Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the service was exceptional. The location was ideal, and the breakfast exceeded all expectations. I truly had an unforgettable experience and would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!
- The staff upon arrival was rude. They were terse and unhelpful as soon as they found out we were a gay married couple.
- Large area with many options to spend time and relax
Cons -
- The food was buffet style; overcooked and over priced.
- Lane in breakfast and dinnerBeach towel replacement only 2h a day
- A bit of a damp smell in the room. While it is a nice facility it is not worth 150 EUR per night.

The location, the garden

Pool. Breakfast. Beach access
Receptionoct was not nice. The room was far from the hotel pool
The place was nice, new and beautiful resort.Restaurant was good and wifi worked great.
We were put in a relaxing area which we would not choose if we had the option, we had a rasist and scary neighbrour that was harassing us and the staff did nothing. He kept on harrassing us through out our stay. The food got repetative since we stayed 2 weeks. The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere.
Breakfast buffet was amazing, evening buffet outstanding, our room was beautiful, a swim up room by the relaxing pool, the hotel was beautiful, clean, no faults whatsoever
Nothing, everything was perfect
The place is beautiful Some of staff are very nice
Some of the staff is very grumpy and not niceThe food is not great and the bar is very expensive The ac is very bad and they miss in the small things
The hotel is highly recommended. Everything is very clean, neat and tidy. Every corner of the hotel and the beach is covered by the Internet. The food is well prepared and tasty. You are on right spot If you need good rest!
The place is absolutely amazing overall, great food and drinks, gorgeous setting on the seashore, a beautiful hotel with lovely views, greenery, several swimming pools and really pleasant and welcoming staff.
The aircon is not adequate for a summer holiday, especially in a 5 star hotel. It simply doesn't work to keep the room cool which is not ok am afraid in a hot destination like Crete during summer as it makes it impossible to get a good night sleep. It needs updating, as does the bathroom overall actually.
Everything was very good. Lovely staff. Great location close to the local restaurants.
I liked it all.
Very good place . Beautiful time. You can enjoy the beach front. You can enjoy amazing pool with Dj. You can visit Heraklion 2.4 euro at air conditioned bus 30min or hersonissos 15 min drive
3 nights in room with pool. 1 night in room with big balcony beach front
Very nice place, with a lot of possibilities (everything is foreseen for all profiles)Very friendly personalGreat breakfast and dinner buffet.
Private swimming pool not fully privative. Connection with the neighbors.
location, Privacy, beach, breakfast, dinner. We were 3 of us and were given 2 rooms suit where my daughter has her own privacy. All other recreation facility, interior and locations were great specially if you want to enjoy beach and resort
nothing negative to be said.
The hotel and pool. Food was nice though the breakfast food could of been warmer!
Not many shops outwith the hotel...had to go further afield
Great hotel, I was on my own and it is a couples hotel really, lots of places to lie by different pools, some quieter than others. a couple of days I opted for the beach which is across the road and the sunbeds are free if you're staying at the hotel.Great selection of food for breakfast, depending on your taste and diet preferences they had it all. The layout of the hotel is attractively landscaped, I was lucky enough to share a plunge pool with 2 other rooms, It was nice to hear the water falling into the pool.I had lunch in one of the bars which was lovely, but I ate outside the restaurant for dinner and there is choice of several just outside the hotel. The spa facilities are also excellent.I would definitely recommend the hotel and will go back if I find someone to go back with...!
There was nothing I didn't like
It is a big hotel but very quiet and romantic. A lot of green, swimming pools. The beach is few meters away and all the equipment is free of charge. Excellent breakfast and stuff always helpful.
Nothing to complaint.
We have enjoyed our 10 days stay at this hotel but it’s not a 5* worthy hotel and okay to visit once, not to visit again.+ food is great (even though the themes don’t match the food ?)+ pools have a very enjoyable temperature and you can get in very pleasantly.- the pool furnitures are very old and not comfortable - The pool furnishings is not cleaned very well- My white swimshort begun the get yellow and green stains from the water…- The pool is very near the street and you hear the fruit selling guy’s record repeating all the time while you try to relax and enjoy the swimming pool+ the room was okay+ the cleaning lady really took her time to clean all the rooms and you could see this- the shower is very small, i don’t know if I could fit in in case I had some more body weight…- The airconditioning is not clean and does not chill the room fast- You could really hear the people staying next to you and as you can imagine they make sounds you don’t nead to hear even if it’s an adults only hotel- The rooms are very far from the restaurant - The hotel is more distanced from the city center as it’s described…Speaking of an adults only hotel:This is the main reason why we booked this hotel.- the hotel facing our room (513) was full of families and children, their big swimming pool was in front of our room and we could enjoy the sound of children all the time.I knew that we would be close to the airport, but I didn’t expect us to hear airplanes flying by every 10 minutes. After some days it starts to get ennoying…Besides those things the staff was very kind, and strange enough you could only see staff in the restaurants and no person taking care of the pool, waiters,.. The hotel works very autonomously and this can also be strange sometimes…

Good number of places to eat
Good variety in hotel was poor same menu all the time Main reception manager was rude! Defo NOT for front of house - woman, 50 ish
2 Adults - Stayed 1st to 11th August 2023 in room 111. A Cool Junior Suite (hotels name for this suite), with seaview and balcony, on the 1st floor. We booked via a 3rd party paying €3640 (£3150.00), including breakfast. Flights and transfers extra. We booked this hotel as it had the following critical features we wanted hence we were willing to pay the high price.Air conditioning - this for us is a huge importance especially for my wife who is menopausal and suffers from extreme hot flushes.Seaview - We love a great view and it’s one of the things we look for as we live in a City.Balcony - We love sitting watching the Sun go down and a night cap on returning to the room after a night out, watching the ocean. The suite came with a full bathroom including jacuzzi bath and separate walk in shower, walk in wardrobe, open plan lounge area / bedroom and butlers pantry; two balcony’s with double sliding doors over looking the gardens onto the sea.The suite has four air conditioning vents, bathroom, walk in wardrobe, hallway and bedroom area with two control unit’s which were both set to: On-Cold-Full Power-Zero degrees.Room was an odd wedge shape and each balcony was only bigger enough for one chair and a table so a couple would have to each sit on a separate balcony and communicate via hand signals! Now it’s not a huge issue but it’s not what is shown in the photos of the “Cool Junior Suite” on the hotel’s website nor is it mentioned anywhere in the hotel or room description. So on arrival we were disappointed with the setup and felt let down as it was not what we had ordered and paid for.Aircon - We arrived in the suite at about 1530 hrs, and although the aircon was on as above the suite was stifling hot. We thought we would give it a few hours to get going just in case it had been switched on just before we arrived. On returning to the suite several hours later it was still extremely hot and unpleasant.
