From the moment you walk i the doors you're treated like royalty. It's a beautiful property and the staff are top-knotch. The food and drinks were perfect, the room was lovely and comfortable, super quiet and clean with everything you could need.

How friendly the staff was! They were so kind the entire time, allowed early check in, made sure we were comfortable, provided 2 drinks at the bar on our last night. The food was amazing, the resort itself was beautiful and so clean! 10/10

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. Everything was perfect — from the cozy and clean rooms to the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service.One of the highlights of my stay was meeting kleida, a wonderful staff member who truly made a difference. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome. Her warm attitude and genuine care added so much to our stay — she’s truly a gem and a great asset to the hotel team also mathias was such a heart warming person that made our stay special I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience. I would absolutely come back again!

This hotel was exactly what we needed after a very busy period we have had. The facilities are fantastic, the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated, the staff though is what makes the difference in this hotel! We would like to give our congratulations to whoever is hiring these people. They were all beyond wonderful. We felt we were hosted by members of our family. They were all kind, nice, ready to help us with everything we needed, and always with a smile. The food was also wonderful. We would absolutely stay again in this hotel!

The spa was something we were looking forward to use, however the cost is a bit overpriced compared with other spa facilities in the area/other hotels, and when we decided to use this service despite the cost, we had an interesting experience with the spa lady. I was asked to sit on a chair to discuss their availability of the day. As soon as I sat, and while we were discussing potential options, maybe 1 minute later, I was asked to give up my seat to another client who just arrived requesting info for the spa. The lady admitted she had an opening at the time that would work for me, but then she said she would rather go around the hotel's swimming pool to talk with other potential customers at the time we were both able to have my treatment. I reluctantly gave up my seat to the next customer. She asked me to wait until she was done with that client, so we can discuss her availability further, but I found the whole interaction peculiar, so did not use their service. Our understanding is that the spa is not part of the hotel management, rather a separate business hosted by the hotel.

We recently stayed at Enorme Maya Beach Hotel for a special occasion, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived at midnight, we were welcomed with warm hospitality, including a complimentary glass of wine and delicious burritos — exactly what we needed after a long journey.The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere that perfectly matched what we were seeking. Our room was spotless and exactly as pictured, creating a comfortable and inviting space.The buffet meals were outstanding with a diverse selection and perfectly curated wine options. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the food and savored every bite.The customer service was remarkable; every staff member was both professional and naturally gifted in creating a welcoming environment. The hotel's lounge and bar, which offers a charming ocean view, was another highlight, as was the exceptional massage session we enjoyed.We highly recommend keeping an open mind about the hotel's location. While it’s not in a bustling metropolis like Dubai, renting a car allowed us to explore much of the island and discover its local charm, which we found highly rewarding. Over four days, we drove over 600 kilometers and found it to be a wonderful way to make the most of our first visit to Greece.Overall, we would happily return and highly recommend the Enorme Maya Beach Hotel for anyone seeking a memorable, relaxing getaway.

The hotel is quiet, has delicious food and it's a good starting point for several touristic attractions on the island. Everyone from the staff was kind. Andrei was really helpful with our requests and gave us great beach recommendations.

Nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect.

This is the perfect hotel if you need to just relax kick back, utilise the pool and the good food and be looked after exceptionally well by the amazing staff. Perfect room sea view and the most conformable bed ever! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Gouves was disappointing if you want authentic Greece. It’s fine for a lazy holiday if all you need is a few tavernas, bars and souvenir shops.

The staff was super friendly and nice. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of options.

Other guests putting their towels at the good places next to the pool even before breakfast. The bed was a bit too hard and the bathroom could definitely use an upgrade. Fitness area is just one basic power station.

An exceptional hotel for the price, with service that truly stands out. The staff made us feel like part of a family, offering warmth and hospitality unlike anything we've experienced before. The hotel was luxurious and pretty. Very clean and the staff were all nice and welcoming. While checking in we received complimentary drinks and in our rooms we had a bottle of wine which was a nice addition to our stay. The breakfast was delicious and had many options even for vegans, and so was the dinner. We had one dinner at the hotel's beach restaurant and the food was great.

While the breakfast offered many drinks as part of the breakfast, dinner did not include drinks - not even water- and we had to pay for drinks. It feels quite disrespectful to make the guests pay for water at a pre-paid dinner

The Location is easy to reach with the bus (Stop No.13) from the airport.The hotel is nice with a great buffet. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

The hotel does not have its own beach access.there is no pool ocean view from the pool.

We enjoyed our staying in the hotel so much, everything matches the pictures on booking, the rooms are very stylish and comfortable, the hotel staff is incredibly friendly and kind, I would especially like to highlight the manager Kleida, she does her job perfectly, she is very nice, kind and always ready to help, I would also like to highlight the work of the kitchen, the food is always very tasty and varied, if you want any drinks, the waiters will bring them right away. Also, during the day by the pool you can order drinks and food, which is very convenient, the choice of dishes is large and everything is very tasty! Also there is an opportunity to take yoga classes, relax with a massage and enjoy music evenings!

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff, who were consistently attentive and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel boasts a wonderfully calm and serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and relaxing. Additionally, the meals were a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes, making dining a delightful experience.

Everything was perfect for us. The location is excelent, the staff members are very nice and friendly. The girls from the reception were always positive and ready to help with anything. Especially Andrei was really friendly with us, he was always prompt and help us with some recommandations. The room is very big and always clean. Also, the food was really good and had a lot of options.

The kindness of the staff was at its highest. I was pleasantly surprised to see that every member treats you the same, smiling and helpful. The food was delicious and varied every day and the location, excellently placed in a quiet area, from where you can make quick connections to any beach. I can only recommend this accommodation with love!
