Everything was perfect, all staff is very very friendly and attentive, inlcuding reception, bar, restaurant and housekeeping. Location is near to both airport and city center, therefore you avoid long trips. Beach is good. Opportunity to order from sunbeds is very convenient.

The only thing we did not like is that the beach is next to the public areas which is absolutely normal, but sometimes people who did not stay at the hotel came and took empty sunbeds.

Every staff member was kind, attentive and professional. The manager even arranged a surprise fine dining experience at Thymises – world-class cuisine in a stunning setting. Add to that spotless housekeeping, excellent all-inclusive dining, and thoughtful farewell gifts, and you get an unforgettable experience.We only stayed two nights, but left with lifetime memories. Unique Blue is a resort that knows how to make guests feel truly special – highly recommended and we can’t wait to return!

We had the best time at Unique Blue! Resort and Villas! The place is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to help us plan a special dinner for our baby gender reveal, and it was just perfect—such a memorable moment!Everything about the resort, from the comfy room to the amazing service, was top-notch. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Totally recommend this place!

It has kind of a corporate vibe which wasn’t our favorite.

I was nice to have some privacy that an only adult properties provide. Very impressive spa. The meals were plentiful and well orchestrated. Staff was very accommodating.

Super friendly staff, great range of food every day and the pool table and bar was good entertainment. Lounge beds comfortable and pool clean. Private beach access was excellent. Highly recommend!

It’s a beautiful place, the food was good breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can order food and cocktails to the sunbeds from an app which was a really nice feature. Staff is very kind.We were on our honeymoon and we were so lucky that they upgraded our room our minute to one of the villas. Forever grateful.

We tasted almost all of the cocktails, only thing was that we didn’t find most of the cocktails to taste that good, but we found 2-3 that we liked and enjoyed.

Nice property, new and clean. Buffet food was pretty good. Beach area was nice.

Room was very cramped. The à la cart restaurant food was awful.

Evening entertainment

Everything. The staff was amazing, very friendly and nice, and helped with everything. The rooms were amazing and the pool rooms were a great choice. The food was excellent, breakfast lunch and dinner. Bar food was also great. The girls in the spa were very nice and the massage was good. Shisha bar was also a great addition. The bars were all great. The hotel's beach area is amazing and so nice that it's easy to access. Best vacation ever.

Order from sunbed took a very long time, so we eventually just went ourselves to the bar. The bar tender was alone and had a lot of orders all the time so it's understandable. The bar is also very close to the pool and the beach so it's no problem to just go there.

We have been upgraded by surprise to the one of the new 6 villas built last year. Amazing villa with its private pool and GYM! The location of the hotel was amazing just next to the airport which provides amaxing views of the landing planes while you are on the golden clean sandy beach that has the blue flag certofication of cleanleness and well maintained.

The only negative thing that the hotel Doesn't provide 24hrs food room service.

All the facilities are modern and staff are incredibly nice

I think the cleaning services need to improve as towels disappear and floors are not vacuumed

Beautiful views, excellent staff and service, phenomenal buffet with lots of options. I would highly recommend to stay here when vacationing on Crete. It couldn’t have been more perfect and wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Could’ve had more poolside sun beds and chairs for the evenings.

An amazing hotel with a great sandy beach. Although the hotel is not big, it has everything for a great stay if you are looking for a relaxing vacation by the sea: delicious food, quiet, very clean private beach. The stuff was super friendly and helpful (many thanks to Andrianna at the reception and Maria at the Spa)

When we first arrived, the shisha was amazing, but next day it got much worse. The stuff told us they changed the supplier and the brand :(

Good location, good stay, good stuffs, good room.

The resort is well worth its high rating, with clean facilities/rooms, excellent staff, and great food. We had a fantastic stay and would look to stay here again.

We lost power to our room twice briefly which caused the ceiling fan, and plug sockets not to work, however, these were quickly fixed. There was an alarm that kept going off which woke us up a few times.

Our room was facing the Cicada Seascape restaurant and unfortunately they played their music very loud until midnight on a couple of occasions, which is not ideal for an early bird like myself. Additionally, one night there was what we assumed was a beach party further along the coast which played very load music on speakers until 5.20am in the morning it was so loud I did not sleep all night. As our stay was near the start of the holiday season I can only predict that this sort of beach party would become more frequent as the season gets busier.

The beach is really beautiful and you can order from the sunbeds with an app. Staff is really great and they make you feel special. The rooms have everything you need. Was really nice.

The a la carte restaurant is not really worth a visit. You can get more or less the same quality of food at the buffet.

The property looks excellent. However it would not be the same without the people who are working there. The staff was very friendly and excited to welcome us. They gave us an upgrade from a hotel room to a VIP villa with its own pool, jacuzzi and gym. Anyway, the energy of the staff has made our stay, not just the upgrade. Special thanks to Lev from reception who is full of energy at any hour and will to help. In the end we want to say thank you to Manos who introduced us the facility and who was our guide on this wonderful resort. The energy and positivity this man passed to us is just amazing. We’ll definitely come back some time.

The property is a little too close to Heraklion Airport and it can get a bit noisy.

- The hotel is super clean. They clean your room whenever you want, and I love their olive soaps and body gels.- Mostly friendly stuff.- Perfect for relaxing.- You can order drinks from the sunbeds.- Food is mostly delicious.- Sandy beach.

- Quality of drinks is really low. Don't dream enjoying a tasty cold beer or any other cocktail. - After 6 pm, the staff moves the sunbeds around you aggressively, like they want you to leave. Once, they asked me to move my sunbed because they wanted to move the sunbed next to me to take it to the initial point.- Maybe it's seasonal but the sea is too wavy to swim but you can still enjoy it :)
