The beds, the darkness, there’s no way to lock from the inside

Suited our needs for one hotel night before heading to the airport. Proximity to the airport, a good breakfast spread, and a nice taverna next store made it a good value.

New mattresses (with protective coverings) and new bedding would make the rooms more comfortable and updated.

Comfortable, cozy, clean, friendly staff. The breakfast is very enjoyable. Coffee is available very early in the morning.All-round experience was way beyond my expectations.

Very close to the airport , the reception open all the time as we arrive at midnight Very tasty breakfast with a lot of choices.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the bus station and about 15 minutes walking to the beach. Breakfast was decent.

The rooms are a bit dated. Cleanliness and cleaning checks should be improved. There was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom gully, and the beds were not very comfortable.

The place is generally very authentic. People are eager to help.

The rooms are very small. The beds are very uncomfortable. The bathroom shower is very small. The aır conditioner doesn’t turn off. The refrigerator not working. They brought one from another room, but ıt eas very old and cooled very poorly.

The place is very nice and clean. The personal is very polite. Location is just near the sea and is just 5 min on walk, the sights are wonderfull

Late arrival {late flight), no problems to check-in at 01:30 night.Good breakfast.Nice receptionist.

Pleasant staff who were able to give tips about, e.g., restaurants in the area. Convenient for us to be very close to the airport (7 minute drive). Able to leave luggage after check out, which made our day trip to Knossos (15-20 min drive) more comfortable – thanks!

Too expensive for a fairly basic room near the airport

We booked this place due to its close location to the airport. The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful, especially George. The pool was warm. The ping pong tables were fun. There was a pull out rack on the balcony for hanging wet swimsuits. There is a nice beach club (News Seaside) that you can easily walk to. And the ocean there was warmer than any other place we swam at on the island. At least in the beginning of June.

You can hear airplanes taking off and landing but since its proximity to the airport was the reason we booked here that didn’t bother us. Also, the elevator is quite small. It wasn’t a problem for us but it could be a problem for a family traveling with small children and lots of gear.

Disappointed but misleading item on booking.com site has now been corrected. Be aware that although

THis has now been corrected on booking.com. However, when we booked the site said "Shuttle service". It turned out that once we arrived shuttle service meant that they would call you a cab for 20 Euros to travel to am airport that was so close that you could clearly see the planes landing. Now I notice that the booking.com site no longer advertises "shuttle service" and the detailed amenities list shuttle service for additional charge.Similarly there is no restaurant on site, although breakfast is provided.

Delightful small hotel which perfectly fitted our needs.Close to HeraklionAirport. Taxi to the door and rental car delivered next morning and Lily the hotel dog was a sweetie.

Room was basic but fine.Very clean.
