Very clean.

Hotel is an all inclusive. But they do everything in their power to make you feel it is not. In the VIP bar they only have one to two bar tenders working max which means you are waiting at least 15 minutes to get drinks.

Very good sandy beach, clean and cozy room and beautiful pools.

Location, Location, Location! This hotel is right on the beach with a gorgeous view from upgraded room. All inclusive meals were excellent and we even had a disco show by the pool bar!

We came for a family vacation, four adults, and booked the Grand Suite - we truly didn’t expect what we received;an entire house tidy, clean, spacious, and luxurious; that served us throughout the holiday to the point we hardly wanted to leave it.The rotating meals and the varied buffet, changing every meal and every day, went far beyond our expectations.We didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel, and honestly, we didn’t even want to.We spent our days on the beach beds, at the pool and the sea, with drinks from the bar and pleasant music.

I didn’t like sea shore, I wish there was more of the beach. Most of the times all the places were taken by the sea, and it felt cramped

Most of the staff is quite friendly and welcoming and the resort offers a range of activities for all ages making the stay quite enjoyable.

While the food was OK, it was not great. Additionally, there are a lot of rules that make the vacation less enjoyable. There is a specific time during the day to drop-off/ pick-up beach towels, if water is not picked up from a specific place it is not part of the all-inclusive package, and the dinner restaurants close very early (9:30PM).

We got upgraded to beach front bungalows - which were amazing! On the beach, a step from the excellent snack bar, 2 steps from the great water park, 3 steps from the dining room and main pool. Beautiful beach! Staff very helpful and most friendly. Great breakfast. All in all - amazing stay, will definitely try to go back.

Dinner in the dining room was not great. There are additionally two restaurants - one Asian - nice, and one Mediterranean - excellent. Try to make reservations upon arrival. Also the floor near and inside the dining room is a bit slippery, and so were the floors of the porches of our rooms - would be good to do something about it.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the rooms and the hotel were very clean overall. The food in the main dining hall was very good and varied from day to day. The pools were also clean and quite big.

The beds didn't match the quality of the hotel. You had to reserve the good sunbeds quite early in the morning, at around 7 AM. Some areas of the beach weren't fully clean due to the plants washing up on the shore.

We had a room in front of the sea with a private pool. That's amazing for a laid-back vacation.The hotel is great for spending some time with family on the beach. They have plenty of different food. Don't forget to visit the Asian restaurant at least once; a reservation is required.The animation for kids is also good.And I'd like to give my credit to the manager: he is fully dedicated, and I believe it's one of the main reasons why the hotel is so good.

The room was very nice, the view was gorgeous and the food was outstanding!

The only thing I didn’t like was the elevator getting to my room. It was way too small.

- should have at least one more big playground- kids pool was super cold. Even sea seemed warmer- kids club activities are just painting. Expected something more interesting- after mini disko once adult entertainment starts, then someone should clear the floor from all the kids. I find it disrespectful to artist and audiance that there are 3-5 kids that keep running around the artist- should improve Mocktails. They are quite simple

Everything was very clean, the food was tasty and all the meals included in the all-inclusive had a great variety! The staff were kind and extremely helpful, specially because I am pregnant and needed to ask questions about the food, daily activities and etc all the time.

The staff was super friendly and professional. The food has a large variety to choose with different options everyday in main restaurant. Every single dish was super fresh and well prepared. The night life also varies from traditional greek dance to a group dance, from a small concert to a mini disco. The seating area around the stage was always full every night before the show starts at 9pm. You will never get bored through a full week of stay. I was invited to a group dance one night and that was the highlight of my stay. The great experience not only came from the fabulous food, fantastic view, extreme comfort, but also from the lively culture and the lovely people.
