I liked that it was clean

The staff was extremely rude and hostile. Jumped to conclusions without giving us an opportunity to explain. Ambushed us in the hallway late at night and we were not in the condition to argue with them. We would resolve it in the morning. Awful experience

Super close to everything; beaches, town of Chora, Far Out

If I’m being picky, bathroom was a little tiny.

Villa Anna Maria is a quiet oasis but only an 8 min walk to the beach and to the bus stop to reach Chora, the port, and other beaches. My room was spacious with a comfy bed, many outlets, convenient kitchen facilities, and absolutely zero noise from nearby rooms. Guests must be over 21 (except kids staying with family) so the atmosphere is peaceful and a better option than staying right on the beach here. The pool is refreshing and I liked that if you don’t care to walk to the beach you can order breakfast, lunch or a snack by the pool. The hosts were wonderful and offered port pickup and dropoff. I would definitely stay here again!

As the saying goes, people make the place, so our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful with everything that we needed. Villa Anna Maria is very well located, so close to Mylopotas beach and a short bus ride to Chora. The property has all the needed amenities, with a nice pool and sun beds, it is extremely clean and very well maintained. Each accommodation comes with a terrace, offering a magical view over the sunset, in the silence of the evening. We would like to thank our hosts for making our stay so welcoming!

Anna and Yiannis were amazing hosts. They were so inviting and welcoming. We had lovely chats with both over our stay and they were so helpful with transfers to and from the port and with any other queries we had. The place itself was so clean with the most gorgeous views. Already thinking about returning next summer for a longer stay. The pool area was so relaxing and quiet - the whole area was just gorgeous. We would all highly recommend the stay - even to chat to the beautiful hosts.

Personal and very clean and new accommodation , especially fun with the staff

Amazing hotel run by a lovely local family who were so accommodating our entire stay. Perfect location near the beach and not far from Chora. Picked us up from the port and dropped us back which we were very appreciative of. 100% would stay here again on our next trip to Ios.

Nothing it was perfect

Everyone was super nice to us. They helped us when we needed it, the apartment was fine and the pool next to it was very nice. It was not overcrowded and they themselves drove us from the port to the villa. If we ever come back to Ios for sure we will choose the same accommodation again.

We had an amazing stay at family-run Villa Anna Maria! It’s beautifully located on a hill-side looking out on the ocean. Mylopotas Beach is just a 5 minute walk away. We experienced this part of the island as very laidback and easy going. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool with sun beds. You can order breakfast and snacks of great quality. We especially appreciated the free transfer from the port to the hotel and vice versa. It was a very warm welcome in a super friendly and professional atmosphere and we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

The property is gorgeous! Such a stunning view and pool, and the room is really spacious with everything you need. Everything is very clean also. Maria could not have been more helpful during our stay and even let us use some of her beach towels as we had forgotten ours. We also enjoyed our transfer to and from the port with Maria’s father who was very entertaining. An incredible family run business and we hope to be back !

The property was beautiful and very well kept. Our villa had a large porch with table and chairs. There was always a nice breeze that made it very comfortable. The pool area was lovely with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The bar was a very nice addition for getting drinks and snacks. The property is a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach and the town with shops and restaurants. The room was ample sized for the 2 of us. It also has a small kitchen for preparing meals if you wish. It’s fully stocked with everything you need. But,the best part of our wonderful stay at Villa Anna Maria were the owners. Maria, along with her parents Anna and Gianni were the most wonderful helpful hosts!!! They really made our stay the highlight of our time in Greece. We can’t wait to return…. Hopefully next year.

Family business with the highest possible quality. Very nice located- walking distance to the nice beach, small shops, restaurants, car rental, bus stop etc. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Very nice pool and last but not the least- free transfer from and to the port. If ever visit Ios again for sure will come back there.

Good location, great pool, quiet. Owner was very friendly. The lady that serviced the room was lovely and took so much pride in her work m, leaving flowers in the room for us. This was suck a lovely touch - thank you!

The walk to the beach can get tiresome - would definitely recommend hiring a bike or atv.

We really enjoyed staying at villa Anna Maria. The host was really sweet and always helpful when needed. The location of villa Anna Maria was excellent, very close to the beach and not far from the main town either. The pool was very nice and not crowded.

The property was stunning and the family running the villa were so nice and welcoming. They were so helpful with where everything was. Perfect for me and my 2 year old.
