Rixos Premium Bodrum

I was very satisfied with the hotel’s security; I felt very safe and in a private area. The ambiance was very pleasant—spacious, modern, and clean. I liked that the hotel isn’t massive, yet offers enough comfortable space and accessible distances.I was offered one day a complementary Cabana which was very relaxing. The fact that there is a holiday assistance service is a clever idea this way the hotel manger makes sure that the guest wishes are met. Speaking of that,I would like to thank my holiday assistants, Deniz and Diana, for their attention.Moreover, I did book Anjana Hammam which was very relaxing. I also made an appointment for nail extension and gel which I adored. Godiva caffe though is a luxurious treat! Overall, I was pleased with the service at the hotel and it is highly recommended. I had an unforgettable stay at Rixos premium Bodrum and it won’t the the last visit.

At first, I didn’t like the unrenovated room I stayed in; it was very old and you feel disconnected from the beach and summer vibes. Later, I moved to an executive room which I really liked. I liked the lighting and furniture. The food overall in the hotel is Delicious however, some cuisines were too salty in particular the Chinese dishes.

It said it has garden view but actually it has both and garden and sea views

Old granny’s house. Thin old furniture. Actually it is the worst Rixos hotel room I’ve ever been. Tight and dark. It is not what I have expected.

Amazing location, beautiful grounds of the hotel - the gardening team does amazing job, good facilities when it comes to pool, gym, restaurants and bars are great, the food was excellent even though we stayed 2 weeks, we didn’t get bored of the selection. The kids club and the team there headed by Magda was amazing! The hotel had great programming when it came to sports activities and entertainment. The housekeeping team was also great, our room was spotless and amenities were refreshed almost daily even when we didn’t ask / need. We really liked that the hotel was not huge, it was big enough to have nice walks around, but not overwhelming. The nature around it was stunning, I think we will remember the sunset on the beach for quite sometime.

As we went end of season (last two weeks of October), we wished that the heated pool temperature was higher (it still felt quite cold), and that kids water park was heated too.

It’s been two weeks since we came back from Rixos and I still remember how perfectly I slept!!!Nature in Bodrum is beautiful - green mountains, perfect sea and the smell of pine trees. I chose Rixos because I was looking for a place where nature is preserved. You feel the respect for nature in every spot of the territory. It is a perfect place for relaxation. The room: thanks to the reception team:) we were so lucky to get an upgrade, thank you so much.) Our executive villa was unbelievably cosy and stylish at the same time. I am not an easy guest, I am sensitive to smell, bedding, light etc, but I was so extremely satisfied with everything) I really had a rest I enjoyed staying at our villa, everything you see around is a sense of beauty. Beautiful design is not always comfortable, but not this time ;) The sea: PERFECT color and clearness We never reserved any sun beds , moreover, I was always lucky to get the exact one I wanted (at the pier, beach or the pool) at whatever time of the day, there is plenty of space everywhere.There are a lot of sports activities for adults and a sup tour every day in the morning (for free) and it is also possible to rent a sup board for your kid. I did that for my 11 y.o. son twice (it is your own responsibility) and how surprised I was, when a fitness trainer who rented the sup ran on a pier watching him (because he was about to swim a bit too far). I did not expect that I was not the only one watching him. The food:The food is good. The service and staff: everybody is very helpful and polite The bathroom: You don’t want to leave that place, it is beautiful and you feel yourself even more beautiful being there Спасибо большое за такой чудесный уютный отдых Место, куда обязательно хочется вернуться)

We had a pleasant 10 day stay at the Rixos Bodrum. The attention from all the staff, the beach and the food were fantastic! The view from our room was breathtaking! Our vacation assistants, Berkan and Yelda made our stay exceptional. We would like to also thank Misra for her warm welcome, Melek from the lobby bar who introduced us to Salgam and Ali the amazing mixologist. Thank you all for making us feel at home and we will definitely be back.

Would be good to control some guests who think it is acceptable to towel reserve loungers early in the morning and then not use them until the afternoon

We stayed for 3 nights at Rixos Premium Bodrum and it was an absolutely wonderful trip overall. The resort is gorgeous, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, A special thanks to Guest Relations CRM Atakan Soydan, and Rose from concierge for all their help and great support in planning our activities and fulfilling our requests. Highly recommend this resort.

The water park needs more variety for kids, and the shuttle service can be improved.

The resort overall is really amazing. The ultra all inclusive is impressive. The beach area, the pool, kids club, the services, the staff were all perfect. Special thanks to all the staff who made our stay such a memorable one.One thing that stands out is the hotel staff including the reception, personal stay assistants, and management. We felt truly welcomed at all time. We are given a complimentary meal at the Italian restaurant and two days reserved cabin at the beach

The air conditioning in the room was not good. The room is dated and not to the standard of the hotel

We were offered an amazing upgrade to a 5 bedroom executive villa with a stunning view. All of our holiday needs and bookings were taken care of immediately and conveniently by using a whats app group. Both our holiday assistants Berkan and Yelda were amazing. They made our stay at Rixos Bodrum special and memorable.

The whole stay was exceptional! From the lovely service and hospitality to the amazing food with very wide variety, you cant think of something and not find it!I would like to Thank Asya and Mustafa for their amazing help and support.

The wait for the golf cars was sometimes long especially during the hot weather

New and stylish. Very good place with olive trees and good infrastructure. Perfect sea beach. Clean water. One thing poisoned all stay. Stuff stolen 2000$ from the room number while they made cleaning. Be care of cash in room. Group of thief’s working in hotel. We called the police, but had no time to write all the papers. First time in life had a situation like this. They where looking around all things in the room during three cleanings.

The food, service and facilities were fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, the beach and pool stunning. The staff, especially our butler Ayetekin who went beyond the call of duty , were wonderful.

The breakfast buffet lacked a milk dispenser and the coffee was sometimes slow to arrive.

A Relaxing, Family-Friendly Escape at Rixos Premium Bodrum We just got back from a 3 days trip at Rixos Premium Bodrum, and I have to say—it really lived up to the hype. The location is absolutely stunning. It’s tucked into a quiet bay about 10 minutes from Bodrum center, surrounded by pine trees and overlooking the bluest water I’ve ever seen. Super peaceful, but still close enough if you want to head into town. One of the biggest wins for us was the kids club. Our daughter age 4 years old didn’t want to leave it! The staff were amazing—friendly, fun, and really engaging with the children. They had activities all day long, from crafts to games and even face painting was awesome . It gave us adults some much-needed downtime by the pool or beach, knowing the kids were having a great time and well looked after.Another thing we really appreciated was the private assistant service Name Asya and Atakan. As soon as we arrived, we were assigned a personal assistant who was just a message away on WhatsApp. Whether it was booking dinner, yoga appointments, or just getting general info, they made everything super easy and stress-free. It felt like having a personal concierge throughout our stay.All in all, Rixos Premium Bodrum is the kind of place that makes you want to come back. The setting is gorgeous, the service is top-notch, and they’ve really thought about families and how to make everyone—kids and adults—feel taken care of.

The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great selection. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, with special shout-outs to Atakan and Asya. Overall we felt well looked after and well-informed of the activities going on around the resort. The kids club was also great, even for babies, with a large baby+toddler room available.

The initial communication before our stay was slightly poor. We were uncertain if a cot and airport transfer could be provided and didn't receive a clear answer.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was delicious and offered a great variety every day. The facilities were excellent—beautiful pool, relaxing spa, well-equipped gym, and a traditional Turkish bath that was a real treat. The beach area was also lovely, clean, and perfect for enjoying the sun and sea.One of the highlights was the Godiva Coffee corner—a delightful bonus that made our afternoons extra special!The staff truly made our experience unforgettable. Everyone was friendly and attentive, but we want to give a special thank you to Asya and Atakan, who were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout our stay. Their assistance made us feel truly cared for.To top it all off, the team surprised us with a lovely gesture for our wedding anniversary, which made our stay even more special and emotional. The hotel is clean, well maintained and beautifully designed.Our holiday assistants ( Asya and atakan ) were very friendly, approachable and full of great recommendations and activities The entertainment and daily events helped us make the most of our time.
