Much more than the 255 characters would allow. Watered down drinks/ un organized reception & house keeping management. Things like being put into a room with only one king-size bed and hotel staff walking into the room without knocking are unacceptable.

Personnel are very kind and helpful.Good cocktails and coffee.

Cold pool not heated, hotel need to invest in smart TVs inside rooms.No entertainment in the resort.

Infrastructure is nice. It was obviously a nice hotel once. Staff who worked in dining halls were very nice.

The worst part unfortunately was the management. The blind was torn from the first moment. You call guest relations, it tells you to call reception, you call reception it tells you to call guest relations. In total made 5 calls in 4 days. No one came to fix it. Bitten by flies all day.We lost a hat, asked the receptionist, directed to guest relations and you can guess the rest. With a good management it can be a very nice hotel.Rooms are old, moldy. No sound insulation.

Amazing stay at Duja Bodrum. The hotel is really big with a lot of facilities everywhere . Plenty of food and beverages outlets scattered throughout the hotel with a very good variety. All staff members are very nice and helpful. I will not mention names as all are literally amazing. In brief, we would definitely come back if we are assured of getting a newer room.

The room. We were given a room in the old blocks of the hotel and they turned out to be really old and would definitely need an urgent renovation. Newer rooms were all full so we couldn’t change it

This has been the worst experience we have ever tried. From the beginning til end everything was bad. Open bottles in the minibar and reception wasnt helpfull at all. They didn’t even ask how our stay was. Food was really bad. To crowded with sun chairs everywhere so you cant enjoy. We don’t understand how this is a 4 stars hotel. We will definitely not come back here and not recommend. If you cant handle this many people dont take that many in. We wait for car 30 minutes when we leaving also. Not good service anywhere in your hotel.

Nice room and food comparing the price, really worth to money.

Sea beach is nice, yet afternoon due to small waves not comfortable to swim. Thought, the pool is also nice as an alternative.

the children had fun as the pool was good - the pool bar staff was awesome

the food was terrible - we were due an ala carte dinner as we stayed 4 nights but they told us all 4 restaurants were booked (I had asked around 2 pm for the next day) the guest relations said they would try but didn’t. one of the girls was quit uncaring when I said I would give a bad review. the entertainment was average. internet in various areas was poor.

walking long distances under the sun in hot and humid weather from the rooms which are far away from the main building to get the facilities and for the meals.

Our stay at Duja Bodrum was fantastic, and it was our second time here! A big highlight was reconnecting with Oksana from guest relations, who made our stay so memorable. She was incredibly helpful, assisting us with restaurant bookings and offering great advice on exploring the area. For my mom's birthday, Oksana went above and beyond by organizing a surprise cake, which the restaurant waiters served—it truly made the day extra special!Another great experience was our boat trip to the Aegean islands, arranged through Gokan. The trip was very affordable for a 5-6 hour journey and included transfer and a meal, making it an excellent value. This was one of the highlights of our vacation!The hotel overall was beautiful, with excellent amenities and friendly, attentive service.

The only small issue we had was with our room, a Village Room, which includes stairs. My mom has knee pain, so navigating the stairs was a bit challenging. However, we were aware of this setup before we arrived, so it wasn’t unexpected, just something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility concerns.

The staff were brilliant, particularly Selim, Musa, Furkan, and Arda.

It was run down and the pool was very cold, particularly for kids.

The staff at the place we amazing so personable and love kids so they we great with our little one, remembering his name and actively helping to make life easy for us.The food was always on time and almost seemed to never run out.Our room was a good size and great to chill in.

Trying to get through to them on WhatsApp was initially very difficult.The indoor pool was definitely in need of updating or at least the lights fixing.Whilst the cocktails were all included they were not in any way good, just cheap (but I think that's a personal opinion as some may have liked it)

Nothing! The worst experience.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. I do not understand how it’s still allowed to rate this hotel with 5 stars! Don’t believe the pictures. The hotel was built in 2000, and it looks like it has not had any renovation since then. Everything is very dirty, especially dining area. When we entered the room first day my white socks got immediately dark grey. No hot water in the shower. One day we ended up with no toilet paper in the room because it was not replaced. Under the sink constantly was a puddle of water, seems either sink or a toilet were leaking. Hotel does not provide shower amenities, however it’s advertised differently on booking.com.The main point of this “all inclusive” is to save money. The food quality is very low. They do not refill the food during the breakfast/lunch/dinner. If you come 1 hr before dinner closure, you may find all food containers already empty. However, if you come earlier you risk to stay in very long queues. Quality of the drink is very low. The most cheap alcohol, disgusting coffee, juices with chemical taste.But the worst was the attitude of the stuff. It’s obvious they hate working with the people, they are burnt out, and they will rather avoid you than helping. We were 8 people (two families) and when we came to have dinner or breakfast, we had to move tables together ourselves if we wanted to sit together. But also we had to clean these tables after other guests, bring cutleries and beg waiters to bring drinks. And waiters were standing and watching us moving tables together and wiping it as it was disgustingly dirty. Do not ruin your vacation. Better choose another hotel and never come here.

- noisy theatre set up right outside our room, not ideal with a baby.- Good options in the buffet area needs improvement, more turkish food options would be ideal and less greasy fast food e.g. chips / onion rings/ chicken nuggets for breakfast lunch and dinner it was the same food all the time

Awful location, they rate their hotel 5 star but it was more like a 3 star hotel

Everything was so tired, the bedding was awful, the food inedible.

1. Location is great! Close to airport and the city!2. Very beautiful area - sea is seen from top and hilly terrain is beautifully decorated! Pathways are amazing! All in stone and surrounded by a rich variety of trees and other plants?3. Convenient navigation through the resort - everything is walkable and close! The elevator goes to all levels, so it’s friendly for all types of travelers.

1. The big garbage area that smells bad and one of main paths go through that smelly area, which leaves unpleasant feelings :( 2. The toilet canalization at building where room 6422 is located. It always smells like toilet waste smells at building where our room 6422 was located and it didn’t ventilate properly outside:( However inside our room the smell was always good.3. Food could be improved a lot to be honest. The meats were always rough to chew, felt like it was amateur cooks in the kitchen. Baklava was mostly overly sweet:( The beach was only serving chicken shaurma every day and non-alcoholic drinks are outdated:( Selection was okay, could add more variety. The salats and dressings were great though! And pancakes with chocolate were the best!4. Evening shows - shows were pretty much the same every night of the 6 nights we stayed there - dance shows with a lot of strip moves in inappropriate outfits ? Would be great if they added something different, decent and more professional! :)

Great location and facilities

Some of the staff were rude and ignorant. Also when you try to book activity so many different prices were giving we booked spa me and my friends got very different price for exactly the same things. Thai happened for the boat trip as well it was not so good and waste of money. Just watch out when you booking stuff

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and everything exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights of our experience was the fantastic photography team. A special thanks to Aylin, who is truly a professional. She made our photo shoot such a memorable and fun experience! Her expertise and friendly demeanor made us feel completely comfortable, and the photos turned out beautifully. We highly recommend booking a session with her during your stay!

Sea life was nice, rooms are well cleaned every day.

Restaurants are not clean enough. And Staff got used to hear the complaints regarding the dirt.Main restaurant was small. It was so easy to crash with somebody else when taking some food. And often there were long queues.Many of the staff don’t seem happy, I witnessed some arguments between them.Lastly, I didnt feel very comfortable with the guest profile, many of them were rude to hotel staff and also for other guests especially in main restaurant.
