DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Isil Club Resort

I really enjoyed my stay at the Bodrum DoubleTree by Hilton. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the cleaning was excellent, and the facilities were great. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it.

We are visiting this hotel for the 3rd consecutive year and really appreciate its location, friendly staff and green surroundings. Great hotel for a family vacation. It is relatively clean and pleasant.

- Hotel was a little crowded especially during dinner because usually time for food is only 1,5 hrs (dinner for 2 hrs). It would be good to extend a little to make it less crowded- This year we travelled with a toddler an infant, and rooms are a little small for that. Even though we booked the biggest available- This year me and my wife had a food poisoning on different days and we don't eat food off-the premise (in the room, pool, or the beach). That was unfortunate.

Such a great location. Staff were amazing

We were probably there in off season- so a few things weren’t open - some of the poolside bars / restaurants / kids slides . But were catered for beautifully.

Its an All inclusive hotel which means restaurants, mini bar, snacks and almost all day dining is included. facilities were goodhowever slightly outside from bodrum central 5 - 10 min drive to central

the staff was good only at checkout time it felt like they want to kick you out of the hotel usually a hotel at check out gives you minimum 1 hour extra to checkout but the lady at checkout said you have 15 mins and we are sending bell boy at 12:15pm i have stayed in hilton and in hotels all over the world never had this such experience where they tell you you have “15 mins”

This is one of the most luxurious resorts in Bodrum. The hotel has many positive aspects, including friendly staff, clean rooms and a calm atmosphere. There is a wide variety of high quality food and drinks on the menus in the restaurants and bars. This was a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it to others.

A cotton swab and toothpaste should have been provided in each room.

This is our favorite family hotel, where we’ve been coming for 3 years in a row to fully enjoy our vacation and summer holidays. Great food, caring staff, and overall good service. An excellent balance of service, price, and quality. Clean sea, hot sun, and the opportunity to forget everything and completely relax. Thank you!

It was located beautifully with a 5 min drive to the marina. Spectacular views from the terrace.

The service staff was perfect, as always. Having known many of them for over eight years, I’ve come to truly appreciate their dedication and the genuine care they show for both the hotel and its guests. Their loyalty shines through in every interaction. For our children, we had special dietary requests, especially for our 8-month-old son, as we prefer to avoid pre-made baby food and instead give him fresh vegetable purées without butter or salt. The staff went above and beyond by preparing this specially for him at every meal, showing such kindness and attentiveness. It’s rare to find this level of personalized service, and it made our stay all the more memorable. Thank you deeply for such thoughtful hospitality!

Cats, stray cats... They’re everywhere — on tables, sofas, even in the restaurants. I understand Turkey’s new pet law, which is undeniably harsh, and I appreciate the hotel’s efforts to protect and care for these animals by fostering them. It’s a noble act, truly. However, there’s a fine line between compassionate care and allowing cats onto restaurant tables and shared seating. This crossed that line; it was simply too much. My baby boy still has red allergy spots on his cheeks from contact, and I can’t help but feel uneasy knowing we’re likely bringing cat hair into our room/bed after sitting on shared furniture. It’s unhygienic and uncomfortable.

Bungalow room was really good. Nicely renovated and good access to the beach and the pool.

Amenities. Restaurant. Decoration, cleanness and lighting of public spaces.

Staff brilliant. Lovely, comfortable room. Gardens and pool area immaculate.

I am from Nepal. Pure vegetarian. We were there for 3 nights , couldn't eat anything apart from salads, chai, and that red sauce pasta for 3 consequent meals for 3 continuous days. Not worth the money if you are pure vegetarian.The guest relation coordinator was very helpful, but the chefs couldn't understand anything.All the best

Overall I wouldn’t say it’s good value for money, the hotel feels run down and is saved by the beach area The a la carte restaurant is a joke - a few tables including us walked out before having the main meal as there was no menu / no choice just given whatever you’re given, and the waiters (although lovely and attentive) couldn’t tell us what was in the food. We opted for the buffet instead Tennis and basketball couldn’t be accessed until after 09:30am which was a shame, we were keen to use the facilities and it was a big reason why we booked but it was too hot after this time to use

We have spent our last two summer vacations at this hotel, with our most recent stay just a week ago.The hotel offers a very convenient, comfortable, and relaxing vacation experience, especially for families with small children. The kids club is fantastic, thanks to the responsible and caring crew.Hilton's renowned quality is evident in all aspects of their service, ensuring a reliable and enjoyable stay.Special thanks to the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. Senay, Melisa, and Sule from the animation team, as well as Burak from the restaurant team, went above and beyond to put the clients first. I must mention that for the second year in a row, we experienced a frustratingly long wait to check in. This year, we had to wait several hours again, which was not a great way to start our vacation.

Wonderful and helpful staff especially Olyseya who was super nice and kind.The pool, clean beach, activities and food..
