Ipek Garden Palace Residence

It's such a serene place. A true garden - very green territory with lots of fruit trees like oranges, mandarin, lemons, pomegranates, etc. Very clean room and all areas. We felt like it was only us in the hotel, though there were other guests. The apartment is equipped with all appliances - very convenient even for a short stay. Lovely served turkish breakfasts with fresh cheese, eggs, turkish tea&coffe etc. Public pebble beach just across the road - very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for people who are looking for a countryside style vacation vs. being isolated in fancy all-inclusive resorts)

Second time here and loved it! Best beach ever and the staff and the hotel manager Ms. Oya are just fantastic.

A really well appointed and large room, especially for the price. Overall a bit dated but there is a lovely pool and it has a villa-resort sort of feel, which is nice. Very close to the beach and the staff are very warm and welcoming. One staff member, who was working there for the summer break from his University studies, was especially helpful and even stayed up late to check us in at about 1am after we landed late. Highly recommend if you're looking for a well situated place which is value for money. It's a good place for self catering family trips.

My only complaint is that the beds aren't the most comfortable (personal preference) and the covers are a bit sparse.

We came at the end of the season & can not understand why more people don’t. The weather was warm enough to swim, the lack of crowds meant hardly any people on the beach

The bed was terrible. The hardest bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on . Fortunately the couch folded out & was much more comfortable

Everything was great. The staff were very kind and helpful. We stayed in the garden floor room and it was very comfortable as if we were staying in our own summer house.

A hidden heaven of tranquility, relax and warmth of the fantastic staff.

The noise from the close Latanya resort is a let down at first, but you get used to it overwhelmed by the comfort and peace of Ipek instead.

Best breakfast!.. We rent a two bedrooms apartment. Clean, spacious end comfortable!..The pool is exceptional and look smaller in the pictures. For us was great!

The traffic from the road from the front of the hotel. Maybe in the future the location will make some kind of anti phonic walls or something.

The rooms were well maintained and very clean! Beds were very comfortable and room had everything we needed. Property was extremely well looked after, across the road from the beach and the breakfast was amazing!!

The hotel was so clean with fab pool , brilliant staff so welcoming & helpful nothing was too much trouble. Lovely traditional Turkish breakfast that you could order daily if you wished & eat it in the garden by the pool , indoor option too.Lovely pool which was cleaned x 2 daily Beach literally over the road and some lovely hidden away places to eat also very handy for taxi or minibus into Bodrum & other locations.

If anything road could be a little noisy but not overwhelming & large hotel opposite had music that at times was quite loud but was always turned down or finished by 11pm

The staff were absolutely lovely especially Julia the manager , but they all were very helpful and kind. the rooms were exceptionally clean and the property was very quiet with a great pool and padded loungers you only usually see in 5 star hotels. very comfortable place to stay with a fabulous breakfast which was 10 euros extra and you could choose if you wanted it every day.

perhaps a better selection of drinks would be good as they only had beer and no wine or spirits.

We had a warm welcome from Oya and the team. The room was cool and spacious with our own fridge and facilities. It overlooked the pool and we were able to take breakfast outside beside it. There are a couple of small markets close by where you can buy a few provisions though we ate out at a nice restaurant (Garden?) further up the road at a reasonable price. The breakfast was pleasant and fresh. There is a nice beach 50 metres away across the road.

Not within the hotel's control but the Hotel across the road booms out music and dj entertainment for first kids clubs and then adults. The wifi did not work in all parts of the apartment but was ok in the main bedroom.

Nice and cozy small hotel. Super friendly staff always ready to help you. Quite big apartments with living room with sofa and sleeping room and 2 bathrooms. You can find all you need if you decide to make your meal yourself) Clean and comfortable swimming pool. Beach is just over the street.

The only thing is noise from drilling construction works in the property on Friday. Maybe would be good to pre-inform customers to adjust their plans for a day not staying in the property

The hotel is located next to beach. The hotel has a nice pool with fruit trees surrounding and the room is quite spacious.

Hotel staff was absent when we first arrived so we had to leave and come back an hour later to check in. The parking lot is separate from the hotel down the street and the gate is always locked so we had to ask for keys from the front desk if we drive out and come back. This wouldn’t be an issue if the front desk is always staffed but that’s not the case. They just made things much more difficult for guests than they should be. The room comes with a washing machine but no detergent was provided. We had to go to the supermarket down the street in scorching heat to buy a bottle of detergent to use the washing machine and hopefully the next guests staying there won’t have to deal with this again to use the washer.
