Free parking, nice staff, room was big (triple room with big balcony, view on parking on the corner). Breakfast good. Staff from bar excellent. Food on restaurant good.

I had to request to change the pillow from the balcony room, because had bird feathers on it. They changed without no problem.

Big room with comfortable bed and soundproof windows.

Although breakfast was served until 10:30 AM, around 9:40 around half of the products were not available, water also. The staff advised me to come early if I want to have the opportunity to choose from the full breakfast buffet. They filled the water dispensers only.

The accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The bed was very comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were exceptionally spacious. The terrace—too large to simply be called a balcony—was a highlight: generously sized, featuring a large cradle-style bed, and offering a breathtaking view of the forest. The staff were incredibly helpful, communicative, professional, and genuinely kind. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I would definitely return, as the surrounding area is stunning, with plenty of attractions and a wide variety of trails suitable for all preferences.

We've had a good time and everything was over our expectations. Good restaurant , great food and friendly staff.

The nature area was wonderful! The rooms were clean and spacious along with very comfortable beds. We were pleased that the area has a restaurant right on the grounds too.

The staff was slow and were not hospitable. This was mainly in the restaurant, but impacted our check in process as well.

Clean, nice and kind staff, room was comfortable and with a balcony and view towards the mountains. Food was good, quite affordable. The restaurant and bar have a varied menu. It has dedicated parking, across the entrance.The road to it is a bit narrow, but it leads to a very pleasant place to stay. :)

Very old building, the room was as it was when they built it back in the early 80s or late 70s .The mattress wasn't comfortable.And something else that is not hotel's problem,if you are coming from the south you have to take the circle root ,if you take the straight root be prepared that you might stay in the woods,or you might destroy your vehicle,or if you are a extremely lucky s.o.a.b like me you can make it alone with a heavy on off motorcycle though the night..I will upload the screen shot of the right root*

The location was great and the staff was polite and friendly The food was very good, we had breakfast included in the booking offer and it was really tasty.

The bed wasn't comfortable for us and the bathroom was small and we had some issues with the toilet. But everything was clean.

Located in a remote place, the hotel - although it has just the first floor completed - provides closeness to the wild in a very comfortable way. Rooms are large and confortable, very newly furnished with a nice and comfortable terrace.

There are not very many options for entertainment that we could find (no marked trails, no other nature related activities). So it is great for a one night passing through location.

Squeaky clean room everything about it was perfection except for the fact that they didn't have a fridge in our room. The food is good also and we were surprised by a buffet in the breakfast with pretty wide variety. We love it it's such a calm place for relaxing and leaving all life problems behind.

The only minus in my opinion is the staff they are cold and it feels like they don't really care about the costumes. Also they ignored to tell us that the whole building closes at 11 so we were basically locked outside bc we went out for a bit and came back after 11 and looked all over for an open door and we were knocking everywhere until we found the last door from the back open. They don't provide room service or even a mini fridge with necessities.

The new building is very pretty. Not 100% finished, but our floor was all new and perfectly made.

The play rather crappy music in the main restaurant. A kind of pop/house/lounge music that is a bit too loud for a good atmosphere.

The room meets everybody's expectation without anything outstanding. In the end it is a very good mountain hut. The room was big enough and clean.

The location is great, very close to the mountain trail. The rooms are a bit old but clean. Breakfast was good.

The staff does not speak English, however, they are very friendly. Someone should have more information ( with maps) about hiking trails around.

The staff was amazing , especially the guy from the restaurant who took exceptional care to serve us promptly and to have everything we need at the table. Five big stars for him, great dedication and support !!Also , the receptionist was very friendly, so at least for the personnel this place is worth another visit.There were construction upgrades taking place, so the facility will grow bigger and better in the near future.

The room was a bit small, but perhaps this will change when the rooms in the new building will be ready.

very nice place to stay either as a stop to the beautiful Retezat Mountain, either just to breath fresh air. the location is very nice, quite [if there are no teambuilding's - so you better check with the staff before booking].
