Splendid Resort

The place was calm and relaxing, surrounded by nature with amazing views. The apartment had everything we needed to cook, and the beaches were just a short walk away.

The apartment felt very old and poorly maintained. The fridge was extremely loud, several lights didn’t work, and the heater even caused a short circuit. There was no staff nearby to assist us—only at the reception, which was quite far from the apartment. On top of that, the restaurants were closed during hours when they were advertised to be open, which was very disappointing.

Good location near Pula center. Friendly and helpfull staff in reception and in service. Easy check inn and check out. Parking inside resort. Private swimming pool and beach. Not far from public beach. Good restorant near our apartment (may be others too, but we werent there). Shop inside resort. Clear room and almost all fasilities, what need for living, are in the room: kettle, coffe machine, fridge, plate for cooking, dishes, air condition, towels, Would be nice to have microwave owen aswell, but its missed :( Our room was with see and swimming pool view and its was amazing. Thank You very much for our nice vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! From the moment we arrived, Hrvoje made us feel incredibly welcome. He greeted us personally and even picked a bowl of fresh figs for us from the garden — such a thoughtful and memorable gesture!The house itself is perfect. It’s spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need — from kitchen essentials to extra towels and toiletries. Everything was so well stocked that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during our stay. You can truly tell that the hosts put a lot of care and attention into making guests feel at home.The outdoor space was another highlight. The pool was clean, refreshing, and surrounded by a peaceful and private setting — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. There’s also a lovely terrace where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening chats.The location is great too: close enough to beaches and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful for a perfect getaway.

The pool was very nice, there was good food options, great location to get into town and other places around Pula, amazing front desk staff, very pretty views of ocean. It also came with stove and pans which was nice.

We stayed for 3 nights with5 people and only got 2 rolls of toilet paper that never got refilled, the rooms were hot and a little noisy because of neighbors next door.

Value for money, proximity to the gorgeous sea, room size and amenities. Some shops and restaurants nearby, but most importantly swimming locations. Great pool too!

It is a bit of a walk to the bus station but from there the city center is very close. And it's worth it to be closer to nature.

Splendid Resort is an excellent vacation spot! The apartment is conveniently located near the beach in a very safe area. In the morning, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast by the seaside, and for lunch or dinner, there are three on-site restaurants with great food and friendly staff. The apartment was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. Overall, it's a fantastic vacation destination that offers great value for the price. There are also a few historical sites nearby, a pool, and beautiful sights.

The resort is perfect for families, but if you're looking for more adventure or to explore other parts of the island, you'll need to venture outside the resort. If you're staying for more than a week, the three restaurants might start to feel repetitive, and you can easily walk around the entire resort in less than half an hour.

Bad sofa. Bad and pillows are too old. Trash can was defective. Rack for dring clothes was defective.

Spacious

Very outdated, far too many stairs for elderly people with issues especially trying to find it in the pouring rain. No one from reception came out to help when we first arrived, we drove in and around then came back to the barrier to see a reception sign. She just gave us our keys and map and circled the block. Had we known later on we could have gone one right turn below to just go up about a dozen steps to the apartment. The food was mediocre as were the restaurants. The pool area was very good but having to pay for chairs was outrageous!! No shampoo and fridge leaking. I have very little to compliment this place.

Basic. Sofa uncomfortable. Very basic kitchen equipment - no toaster/microwave/oven. Hair dryer broken.

If you are a fan of pebble beaches and love a chance to dive from big rocks then it’s your choice. A lot of coniferous trees create specific and clean smell which gives this beautiful summer vibe. There are 3 restaurants on the territory of the resort, so you’ll have a choice of what and where to order. Also there is a separate buffet for breakfasts where you can have a various options for reasonable 12€. Pool with seawater is really great especially of your kids prefer this kind of swimming. And all Pula sightseeings are close if you have a car with you.

The furnitures in the rooms are not in the best conditions. Missing some small door handles, etc., bathroom plumbing (taps, shower) are not of the best quality. Also there was no chance to lock the door of the bathroom.

Beautiful location, apartment had (almost) everything we needed including air conditioning, large fridge and great sea view. Free internet in the room (Miramar). Swimming pool had a lovely view and some daily activities.Tamaris restaurant very good if a little pricey. Pool bar had lots of menu options. Nearby beaches were easily accessible and scenic. Convenient supermarket on site with fresh bread and borek. Parking close by to apartment.

Generally everything looks a bit run down although it didn't affect functionality. Lots of (uneven) steps so not all apartments are great for buggies. The coffee machine was a filter one so was useless without filters. Pool bar stopped serving food at 6 -considering the lovely sunset location this seemed a bit early

Hotel was near beaches and the pool was OK.

The room didn't get cleaned and bedding was only changed once in 2 weeks. Towels were only changed on request. Lighting at night was limited across the complex so there were parts of our walk home that were dimly lit. The phone in the room could not make international calls. The Konzum was limited in its food and very expensive. The apartment said it slept 5 people, luckily there was only 3 of us. 5 people would have been very squashed indeed. Generally there is not a lot of service at this hotel. It's more managed apartments than a hotel I would say. There is no onsite entertainment and the fish restaurant in the beach side is tired and old looking.Staff were very nice but the service offer and standard of building are low.The room did not have an over or grill or toaster so could only fry or boil food.

Nice environment around the accommodation. close to nature. Swimming pools were clean. The rooms were spacious.

The rooms were not that clean. There were hairs on the sheets. Some parts of the bathroom were dirty. The balcony door was full of fingerprints. Although there was a kitchen in the accommodation, there was no microwave oven, which would have been important since we were staying with a baby. Although there were two air conditioners and they cooled well, they should also be cleaned.It is quite difficult to get down to the pool with a pram, as there are 160 steps and there is no accessible exit. I don't think it's good value for money. After that, I'd rather spend a little more money on an accommodation.

Location is great, but wayyy to expensive! Not worth it , generally whole Croatia, it is beautiful but on the end of the day not worthwhile.

We were 14 days there they wouldn't change the towels or sheets, after 6th day I call them then they changed it but after that never again although they say they should do it every 3 days on their site! Lame excuses from the stuff, they don't even care on reception when we complained...2 rolls of wc paper for 2 weeks for family of 4!!!

Sea View

The room wasn’t clean, especially around the bed. Air conditioning and refrigerator were too loud.

Good location, see side view, big resort square.

The view from the balcony was stunning. Beautiful sunsets overlooking the sea. The trees everywhere and the rocky coastline provide a lovely natural setting with clear sea all around. Good pool and cafe adjoining with pleasant waiting staff. Reception was efficient and room was clean. Sun loungers on the patio were nice.

The complex was shabby and uncared for. It appears that it has lacked any kind of investment or update. Buildings need painting and updating and maintaining. Paths are poorly lit. The huge, derelict concrete building in the middle of the site is an eyesore and graffiti is visible from the sea on this and the nearby cafe/restaurant. Changing areas by the sea advertising Lidl etc. make it all seem tacky. Despite having a beautiful view our (large) patio was covered in weeds. It would have been helpful to have a sunshade as the concrete in the sun made it too hot to enjoy for most of the day. The hob was ancient and barely worked. The bathroom was outdated and often there was insufficient hot water for 2 (although our apartment was supposed to be for 5). The sofa bed looked old and was covered in some kind of hessian looking cover and was not particularly comfortable.

Location is super nice, close to Pula but you need a car…we got sea view apartment, it was breathtaking in the evening! Apartment was big and comfortable for 3 ppl, basically you get what you see on the pictures. Sea was warm and crystal clear!

Very outdated buildings needs renovation! Huge place with only 3 small very basic restaurants and one small pool always full and noisy. Beds are not comfy and air conditioner was super dirty!!! Whole apartment in general…We had nice sea view apartment at the cost of 100 stairs… and the reception… seriously not enough people to check in during busy times! Get ready for the Saturday night party - no sleep possible that night
