Staff was great. Room was very comfortable.

There was a problem with the shower drain - somewhat disconcerting, but staff seemed to be aware of the issue and helped by providing extra towels to put on the floor.

Excellent accommodation. We especially enjoyed the spa which we recommend to everyone. Very clean and new. Private appointments are possible. The staff is extremely friendly. The view from the terrace is breathtaking.

It was nice enough for the money

It was incredibly hot, they had heating running for the whole building and the a/c in the room did nothing.

This place was amazing!! It was super clean and the staff were amazing as well! There are so many amenities that we didn’t expect (maybe I didn’t read the description too good) but the wellness area was far beyond expectations.

It was classy and clean. The indoor pool was nice to have, a little cool but very fun.

Nothing to walk to for restaurants or entertainment.

Kind staff, great food (try the monkfish :)), clean, spacious rooms, nice pool and sauna included. I highly recommend it.

Mould in the bathroom, glasses not clean, cold water in pool. Expected more for that kind of money in off-season

Exterior, communal areas and facilities are very smart and clean.Easy parking.

Two uncomfortable single begs pushed together but sold as a "double" Advertised as a 4 star and was the most expensive room we paid for (stayed in 8 different places). This is the only place we found dirty and would not recommend sadly.Room, especially the shower, sink, bathroom generally was dirty, mouldy, shower-head broken, no drain cover/strip between the shower and tiles and a corded, dirty tap that felt disgusting! Needs refurbishing.Towels were very worn/old, thin, greyish dirty white & not soft or clean-looking.Lamp shades were old and flaking and just very cheap and nasty. Chairs were grubby.Wires hanging down (unsafe for children)Not very comfortable. Needs general maintenance and repairs and money spent on higher standards in the bedrooms so that it is in keeping with the lobby & pool!

The bathroom needs repair and update. The whole bathroom flooded when we showered. The shower door is not sealed, it’s a mess. The apartment was a bit dusty, it looked like it had not been refreshed before our arrival.

The breakfast was ok.

The bathroom had a terrible smell and had a lot of spots that looked either rusty or moldy. The shower pressure was bad and the handheld attachment was broken, the throw pillows in the bedroom smelled of terrible body odor, the towels looked and felt dingy with brown spots. The fridge smelled bad and was not working upon arrival but was fixed when mentioned but still smelled. Does not meet the standard for a 4 star hotel.

Good location, 20 min walk from the beach (5 min by car), restaurants and bakery nearby. Easy access to the city center (be careful, you need a car!). Free hotel parking, spots always available. Well-equipped rooms, very practical kitchenette. Very clean, cleaning service every day. A/C in the main room and in the bedroom. 2 balconies, one with sea view (+ table and clothes horse). Very quiet, ideal to get some rest. Small swimming pool but sufficient because the sea is pretty close. Discreet but helpful staff.

No buffet breakfast, you have to order what you want and you are served in the restaurant or in your room.

Staff could have been friendlier , the hotel could benefit from an local information board not just a few pamphlets , the room has strange storage ie wardrobe on kitchen area and bedroom felt really small and enclosed with tiny wardrobes that you couldn’t hang clothes in . Pack of amenities near by ( it was a drive to everything) we didn’t use the indoor pool but it would also benefit from more social outdoor spaces it’s got a really strange layout and the breakfast/restaurant has a uncomfortable atmosphere the picture on booking.com makes it look bigger than it is , very residential area

Generically, faicility was great. Staff very helpfull. I was surprised when we came back around 21 and nice staff opened for us swimming pool - even if it was after regular opening hours. Thank you.

I liked the location of the hotel as well the view and the near area to the beach as the free parking.

The price of €142 for one night without breakfast in April seems excessively overpriced to me. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything that justifies this price.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, getting breakfast delivered to the room is convenient, especially for families

A lot of mold in the pool, the staff is great but it feels like there should be more employees to keep everything running more smoothly. Could be just because we were here off season.

Shower getting a lot of water after taking shower and water stays, shower top head was not working prop. No place in shower to put shampoo.” Everything else was good. Wifi good, clean hotel, got present on way out. But cant give more then 8 because value for money in apartment at the moment twice paying less it is in the center.

Breakfast was fresh and more than enough, good range of food.

Troubles with heating, first room problems with closing the door of the balcony, value for that money in November not acceptable, pool was too cold but clean, light to the parking slots either out of order or not charged.
