Park Plaza Verudela Pula

The pool area had plenty of seating, it was clean, and it was a great place to relax. We ate at a few restaurants. They were a little pricey, but the food was good. Our bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of storage and the kitchen area in our room Had everything we needed.

We didn’t like that we would have to pay to use the gym, and felt it should be included, but we did know that ahead of time. There were several shops, but very few of them were open the entire time we were there and the ones that we used were closed by 2:30 in the afternoon. That was inconvenient.

Spacious accommodation, everything you need for family trip available and stores and restaurants nearby. Pool and beach are very close

One of our showers did not work. We reported to housekeeping but no one came to look at it. We managed with one shower but it would have been nice to have two since we paid extra to have it.

Room was spacy, clean with two balcons. Beds are super comfortable. Cleaning ladies changed the towels every day, lining as well.

Price, two bedroom apartment for 470e per day without food it too much. Sound isolation is also that can be much better.

Wonderful location, nice stay, apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable, swimming pool is great with ocean view, all in all is just amazing

Probably the best place to vacation in Pula, and beyond. Verudela is a great resort with plenty of activities for everyone, especially children. We stayed in one bedroom apartment which was located directly above the pool area so we were just a few steps away from both pool and sea which was very convenient. Pools are very clean, sunbeds are free (although there’s a bit of a rush every morning with guests queuing up to reserve sunbeds) and there’s a very nice restaurant directly at pool area as well. Apartment has all the necessities and is just large enough for family of 4. Hotel staff (and this goes for everyone in resort we interacted with) was very friendly, polite and forthcoming. We had a situation with our AC unit one night and receptionist came over all the way to us at 00:30 to give us a key to another apartment where we could spend the night until our AC was fixed the day after. That was really unexpected and very appreciated.

Apartment building that we were in, as well as some other parts of resort, is showing signs of age and could use some renovation. Gym was rather pricey at 18 eur per day.

Great beach just down some steps from the hotel. Lovely breakfasts. Large, comfortable and quiet room.

Everything is good here. The apartments are really nice and have everything you need. Beds were very comfortable too. Loved our stay here

There are a lot of restaurants close by with nice sea views but they are expensive compared to restaurants in the city

Is petfriendly and I am happy for that. Alao at Kuglana restaurant stuff is very very amazing and food is deliciouse.

Amazing location, the views are breathtaking. Big territory, good breakfast ?, friendly staf.

The room is a bit old, beds are uncomfortable and in general, for this price I expected a bit more.

We liked everything. Location, spacious rooms, all things needed in apartment, people ok reception, people working in resort, boutiques ...

Hmmmmm ... basically there was not a thing we did not like. We were not so lucky with a weather due to waves but you can always use pool.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. Although the weather was chilly during our visit, the location is close to the sea, and we still got to enjoy the stunning view of the water. It was the perfect spot to relax.

While the complex itself was nice, we found the on-site store to be quite expensive, and since we visited outside of the summer season, it was mostly empty. The pool wasn’t heated. The pillow and bed were too soft for my liking.

Payment and Chech-in online, straight forward and simple.Room had everything we needed.Staff were very helpful, gave us a map and showed us where everything was. Had to cancel a dinner at a local restaurant, they made the call for us. Brilliant.

It was so clean, and the view from our room was so amazing after we were given an upgrade very kindly.

Even better than in the photos. Everything within the complex is within walking distance, we were so close to the pool and the beach too. The staff were very nice, especially those working in the supermarket!

The bathroom could do with new silicon and grout, I imagine this is a problem with all bathrooms without windows though. Extractor fan worked well I think. Avoid the burger restaurant within the grounds, terrible quality and overpriced.

Parking was good and free. Pool for the kids was OK.

Not a hotel feeling, more of an apartment thing.
