La habitaci¿n muy peque¿a, nada que ver con las fotos. No ten¿a ascensor y las escaleras eran muy estrechas. Nada m¿s entrar en la habitaci¿n vimos que la colcha ten¿a varias manchas que r¿pidamente nos cambiaron. El ba¿o ol¿a mal.

Location and friendly staff.

We had many problems. The most critical one was with the parking. Our car did not fit the parking space, which is VERY limited. Because of that, I had to keep the car on the street and pay around 2 euros per hour, facing the risk of getting a fine. They should either make it clear that only small cars will fit, or not even mention they have parking at all. The hotel is also splitted into two buildings, one of them (ours) been very old and smells bad. We booked 2 days, but decided to leave after the first one (mostly due to the parking been limited and not guaranteed). Breakfast was "ok", nothing out of the ordinary. The staff was very friendly and did the best to mitigate the impact, but it was not enough. For 130 euros a day, we would expect something much better.

Despite the near surrounding being not the most appealing the location was really great. Only 100 m and the walking street started. Quite spacious room and the breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and offered suggestoins like where to eat: great restaurant.

Internet was on the slow side. It took an eternity to upload 35 photos.

Center of town, breakfast was incredible . Fridge in room.

Noisy at night. No coffee or coffee maker in room.

Very kind staff and very helpful.One of our bags with cosmetics was forgotten. On the next day I called and the reception, without hesitation, helped me to get the bag. It sounds like a normal thing, but actually the bag was full of expensive makeup and perfumes, and she could have simply said, "I can't find it!" But, opposite to that, she helped me. I organized DHL for the next day and got it back. Super grateful! Recommending the place, and next time when we visit Pula, I will stay in this hotel again!

Located a few minutes walk from the town centre this 3 star hotel had exactly what I expected, what I didnt expect was the 5 star restaurant connected to the hotel, my wife and I spent two wonderful evenings in the restaurant, this is truely a hidden gem

The bathroom was a little on the small side but was adequated for what we needed.

Good location, room was clean and staff were mostly friendly.

Expensive for quality of room, bathroom tap and shower head were broken.

Location was nice. The size of the room was ok and the beds are comfortable.Breakfast was okay.

The drain is very noticeable - it stinks. When you shower, the water doesn't go away, instead other people's hair and debris come out. The same thing happens with the bidet, we noticed it when kids finished washing their hand - it was full water mixed with everything. I regret not taking the pictures of that. The slats on the right bed kept slipping. We had to fix it two times, so he can go back to sleep. Disappointing.

- Breakfast wasn’t great. Cold pre-made toasted sandwiches. No toaster. Only hot option was eggs.- You had to hold the shower above your head.- Room decor not very appealing, bit old fashioned but not classic.

Receptionist lady

Dark, wires in the spine due to outdated mattresses on beds, very different from pics on the net !, broken bath tub, narrow squiky stairs and dirty/broken stairs covering carpets, very bad and dark. Definitely needs to be claimed for a refund.

Very cold in the bathroom

It was very cold in the room and in the bathroom, no heating at all. There was strong smell of tobacco, someone smoked in the room. Very small room.

The hotel was right in the centre, near everything you need. The view from our tereace was beautiful and you could see the whole center right in front of you. We were staying here in December so we expected that it would be cold but the air conditioning is great. The rooms are also large and comfortable.Breakfast was exclusive.

We booked in few minutes after we came to Pula because we cancelled our previous property (it didn't have heating). So the only room left in Hotel Galija was the one under the roof so we had to be careful about the beams.

It is located at the very center of the town. One can reach all of the main attractions on foot.The hotel has it's own parking place which is quite a thing in Pula.

Rooms opposite the reception seemed better than the room we used a week earlier.

Room was on top floor with a low ceiling.

Location and staff were good. The affilitaed restaurant across the street was excellent.

The room was very small, as was the bed, and the bed was uncomfortable.
