Poor breakfast choice. Same every morning as well.No European sockets in a room, none of my chargers fit to the sockets.Had to find anyone on a reception.

Old forniture, dated vibes, no lights apart from a bedside lamp, toilet amenities very old and not very functional. Very different from the pictures showed on booking.com. At least the bed sheets were clean

We had a reservation for two people for two nights. We were assigned the smallest, most uncomfortable room at the BACK of the building, (#22) with a very weak internet connection. The first night, I asked if we could move to a different room, and was told they were all full. No one explained about breakfast until I asked. The next morning, I had to work online. I told the receptionist that there was no internet in the room, and her reply was that I should work in the lobby. I went up for my computer and tried to work in the lobby, but the receptionist and a friend were talking so loudly that I could not focus. I mentioned it to the woman and she suggested that I work in the dining room. I asked again if they could change our room. Finally, she took my key and gave me the key to room 40. HUGE difference. I just wish that I had not had to beg for it. I was sorely disappointed with the service. Very bad.

A little dated, air conditioning wasn’t that efficient. Some fruit and fresh croissants would have been nice for breakfast.

Very good location, a big parking area (free), only a few minutes walking to the old town, kind personal.

The WIFI isn't working almost at all in the side building, it was not possible to read emails although I had to work. It was only 15 degrees in the room when I arrived, not very pleasant.

Breakfast was a high point and was included in our booking. Friendly staff. Judging by the number of cars in the car park, the hotel looked well booked on the night we were there. Good news for the owners and Cittadella!

First time we had a somewhat disappointing stay. Room was cold, staff could have turned the heating on for us in the room. The room itself was disappointing. At Due Mori, we've always stayed in lovely rooms with the garden views. Not so this time; poorly furnished room, not even a shower mat to step on out of the shower. No extra duvet or pillow. Staff very helpful when requests made to correct bedding and heating, Overall, a bit sad this time. Pity. We've always had lovely stays here over the years.

Budget price but very good offering - stylish furnishings, neat/clean room with rafters and balcony overlooking garden, quiet location, friendly staff, fair/standard breakfast spread, and just blocks from the walled city. They also have a secured space for bicycles. I was expecting less based on some former reviews, but we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality (and price)!

Some vibrations can be heard in the room from other doors opening in the hallway; but minor inconvenience.
