Beautiful rooms. We really enjoyed their story of the hotel. Staff vas very nice, helpful and we did not find anything to complain about. The location is very calm, with plenty of parking space. This is the great place to sleep if you plan to visit Venice.

Staff is kind and helpful

Not all rooms look at the walls. The room furniture is old but well maintained except for the bed: you sink in the centre and cannot move much (90cm)

Towels were missing, at breakfast had to pay 4€ in order to have juice, even though it was supposed to be all includes

Very clean and quiet...not far to walk to the centre. The breakfast was great with loads of choice and the price was very competitive.

Located in a bit of a suburb but with a car that would not be an issue.

I will definitely recommend this hotel to all friends, staff are friendly, family rooms are lovely and spacious, soon as I get the dates sorted for my next trip, I'll be rebooking this hotel for sure.

only negative thing I'd say was the ventilation/ AC unit needed to go lower than 17° because the room was still reading 26.6° was boiling.

On the positive side, the hotel is very clean and in a great location, just a short walk from the city center. The staff were professional and friendly, and the breakfast, though limited in choices, was of good quality.

My single room was very basic. The air conditioning was loud, with no possibility of lowering the fan speed. Sound isolation was poor, making it hard to sleep with noise from other rooms. I was also particularly unlucky with noisy neighbors who had a big and long fight very early in the morning. Additionally, the phone in my room to call reception was not working.

The room was quite warm. The ac wasn’t activated because it was out of season ( April ) but it was warm. I don’t think this is a problem , I just like my room cold

Absolutely perfect. Wonderful hotel. Clean, comfortable, and a very short walk to the wall. The staff was wonderful. And the included breakfast is one of the best I’ve seen in Italy.
