Excellent location when you have travelled by car as the pubic transport (bus 67 opposite hotel) to Torino is a short walk. Very modern rooms with great gym and breakfast room. A climbing walk to Moncalieri shops, cafes & restaurants.

Nothing as it is Best Quality

Breakfast unusually complete and yummy for an Italian establishment that is not 5*. Crew very helpful and nice.

Gym is smaller than steam and dry sauna. It should be the contrary and also dumbbells max. 5kg is for ladies only.....room to improve there.

Very clean, perfect breakfast, good personnel, internal parking, not many guests in hotel and very quiet inside. Nice view on the river. City bus in 3 min fm hotel. On the second day, we found the room perfectly set up, as if we had just checked in.

My room was on the top (4th) floor, right under the roof. The sloped ceiling made it hard to move around — we kept bumping our heads, and it was uncomfortable constantly having to duck. The air conditioner would make a loud noise every 15–20 minutes, occasionally waking us up during the night.

My 3rd time at this hotel, the rooms are well appointed and clean, breakfast is very good...

The day before we were due to arrive we got a text msg from the hotel saying we need to contact them to give them our card details !!!! very suspicious I text back but got no responce then another txt wanting our card detail texting NO CHANCE so I rang the number and a guy answered saying the card we given has been declined we will cancel your room if you dont give me your card details BLA BLA again NO CHANCE PAL so he said I will Whatsapp you a link to update your card, the link arrived so I put into Google and it was linked to a scam site.... So I rang the hotel direct and expressed my anger, on check in I made it clear DONT try scamming me, then they asked for a parking fee... NOT GOING BACK

The room had clearly been recently renovated – it was modern, clean, and very comfortable. We really appreciated the design and attention to detail. The location is also excellent, with easy access to everything we needed.Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. However, we weren’t informed that we could order fresh coffee from the staff, which we only found out later – it would have been nice to know that from the start.

Unfortunately, there were a few downsides to our stay. Renovation works were still ongoing during our visit, which made it difficult to move around comfortably, especially with luggage. Getting from the parking area to the hotel entrance wasn’t convenient at all.Speaking of parking – although it was quite expensive and had to be prepaid, accessing it was unnecessarily complicated. You have to get out of the car and always call to the gate manually, which really shouldn’t be the case for a paid facility.The biggest issue for us was the Wi-Fi. In our room at the end of the corridor, the connection simply didn’t work. Despite having a Smart TV in the room, we couldn’t even stream a video on YouTube in 144p. A simple Wi-Fi repeater in the power socket would probably solve the problem.When we mentioned this to the staff, the response was rather dismissive. We were told that the router is in the middle of the corridor and cannot be moved, but no alternative solution or even a room change was offered. That lack of willingness to help was disappointing.

Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. The staff were very helpful. Surprisingly they had a luggage trolley, a rarity these days.

The air conditioner struggled with the summer heat and humidity.

Everything was disgusting! They put us in a terrible room. Not at all the one I booked from you several months in advance. A small bed and a bunk bed next to it. There was no space at all. The air conditioner didn't work. It was +35 outside at night. We couldn't sleep and suffered for 5 hours and left at 7 in the morning. The breakfast was just terrible. The staff didn't give a damn about the guests. This is the worst hotel for me in all the time I've worked with you!!! And they charged me the same as for the room I booked from you. They are simply obliged to return my money for the terrible night in this disgusting hotel.

The room was fine but the bathroom is in desperate need of being redone. The shower, toilet and basin were awful.The breakfast was really very good, staff attentive and professional. The staff particularly stood out as they were friendly and attended to all our needs. Excellent.The location is excellent.

The front of office staff are not very friendly and weren’t very knowledgable. . They seem to be part time and not customer friendly or interested in their job.Our stay was very expensive compared to regular rates and when we questioned this we were dismissively informed that rates are “variable”

Rooms were nice and big and everything very clean. Its a nice hotel and the breakfast was wonderful. Great value for money.

The room was located in the front of hotel so could not even look out the windows and the road noise during night was loud so I would suggest the river facing rooms with a nice view. We booked the hotel because of the car charger but they only had the Italian plugs and no adapters, you could use their cable for 50 euro deposit but had to pay cash and we hardly have cash on us. We dont understand why because you have our credit card details. That meant we had to go sit in a car park 22:00 at night to charge.

Hotel is perfectly located. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast exceeded our expectations and the whole staff was very nice.

Rooms are quite small, especially single ones. In a double room, shower holder was broken and it was impossible to set the angle of the shower.Private parking lot is also small so it is better to book a spot in advance. Parking is located alongside busy street so be careful when leaving in the morning.

Bedrooms doors open outwards into a narrow hallway , if two opposite rooms are opening the doors simultaneously, no one can walk through the hallway. I made a reservation months ahead of visit, requested two adjacent rooms in writing, they reply to call a week prior to remind but there wouldn’t be any issue. I called a week prior and they say there shouldn’t be any problems. I showed up and THERE WERE NO TWO ADJACENT ROOMS. That was a main condition, I would have changed structure should I have known this in advanced. This was cheating in my opinion. Finally they should put in the bedrooms coffee machine also some “Decaf”.A little hard to find free parking unless you want to pay extra.

Location on PO river not far by car from Lingotto. Breakfast was excellent thanks to kindness of staff and terasse on river.

Small restore work was going on.But not a big deal, visually big disturbance but no noise
