Twelve Hotel

Quiet neighborhood, about a 10 minute walk from Bengasi Metro.

Walls were very thin. Even though the neighborhood itself is quiet, your neighbors in the hotel aren't always... I could hear the person in the next room talking, snoring, and coughing.

10 m walk from metro station and quiet area.

The shower was fixed.

Staff: Friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was just okay.

Room is clean and well organised.

Air conditioning is not working. Only worked as a fan. We checked in at about 8 pm and turned on it. But didn't changed the room temperature at least 1°c. Mini refrigerator is also not cooling.

I liked it only because it was close to someone I was visiting.

Expensive for how old everything is there.Nowhere near 3 stars, at least not by normal European standards.

The Freeze in the room does not work. I planned to buy some food, fruits and drinks and then keep it in the freeze, but I had no chances to do that, as the freeze doesn’t cool inside. And 2 pin power sockets doesn’t fit at all with any phone or laptop chargers which is really not acceptable. LED television is very small in size. And couldn’t find anything to wash my clothes as I stayed there for 5 nights.

Location is in the edge of the city. Quite far from the public transport. The breakfast is simple with limited options. However, worth the price. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is small, but the cleanliness is very good. The room service cleans the room everyday.

The room amenities are limited. No, hot water or coffee. The TV did not work in the room.

Reception staff was exceptional, made sure I as comfortable and secure in my room. When they discovered that Imwould not be able to enjoy their breakfast service, they made sure I had a very nice packed breakfast waiting for me at checkout.

Breakfast many choices. Location perfect for visiting family

The bidet in the bathroom too tight & close to the sink impossible to use

It was fairly clean, the staff was nice. The location was good for getting into the city.

The room smelled terribly of smoke and the fixtures/doors/windows/curtains were old and nearly falling apart.

Nice people, silence location.

It was a very comfortable and cozy room, it was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find, and it was near a few good dining and takeaway options.

I would appreciate the central heating running for more hours of the day/evening in the peak winter months; it was a little chilly when we arrived mid-afternoon, and it seemed like it shut off fairly early before bedtime. But it wasn't cold by any means; we were still very comfortable, and I prefer a more neutral temperature in my room when I sleep anyway. And it would be running again by the time we woke up anyway. Regarding the location, it was a little far from the city center, but we didn't mind a bit of extra exercise by walking a few blocks to the nearest metro stop.

Location was fine in the outskirts of Turin. Street parking was no problem. Restaurants within easy walking distance. Very good value for money.

Good bed, cleanness, good shower, hair drier

The hotel manager was very kind and helpful. He tried his best to satisfy our needs. Hotel is located near metro station Bengasi. The breakfast was decent.
