24-hour reception. Quiet area a few minutes walk from Bengasi Metro. Big room. Very clean.

Large comfortable room in the hotel. Short walk to the metro station with approx 15 minute journey into the city. Really helpful staff on reception. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel been so clean I was really surprised, the staff very welcoming and so friendly and also what I want to mention it’s the area where it is located was so quiet and calm . I had a good and relaxed time . Thank you so much hope my review to be helpful.

The hotel itself was fantastic, with spacious, clean rooms and a central location that made exploring Torino a breeze. The entire staff's hospitality was exceptional.

Bad

Parking space was horrible , environment, air conditioning, isolation of windows was awful, front staff was drunk

Staff was kind, room was large, comfortable and clean, 10/10 would recommend.

Not a huge deal, but AC remote was missing and we were unable to set it.

The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible, they gave me information on the local area which was invaluable. They even offered me drinks on a personal level which made me feel very welcome. They also supplied a travel adapter which was very much needed to charge my phone and download a boarding pass for my return flight. No food but a restaurant literally 3 doors away which had a great variety.

Bit cold in the room but there was a heater to use and it was in March, a hot shower was very welcome and that took the chill off.

Kind and proactive staff, clean room, some renovations would be positive, good location fir Metro.

We were at the hotel on a peak season WE. Too many events were on in Torino and due to this the hotel rate was higher than normal and I can not say that it was a good value for money solution, but the area was fully booked….

Stayed there for almost a month. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean & the rooms are too comfy. The room had refridgerator and some basic kitchen equipment. The hotel is located in a peaceful piazza, just 3-4 minutes from the Benghazi metro station.Nice Hotel and great staff.

Friendly staff

Near to the metro and good staffs

The room exceeded my expectations. The staff were very helpful and kind when we needed assistance.

Very good

10.30 check-out is a bit early

Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Bathroom is too small otherwise everything else is okay.

Cleanliness

Maybe putting sth in the fridge would be nice.
