- The staff were nice but the service on reception was patchy. We had to wait quite a bit for a member of staff before we could check out and we were on a schedule. The shower was usable only as a hand shower. The room was unpleasantly hot. All we could do was turn off the heating. We checked with staff as to solutions for this and there was no air conditioner or cooler available. Consequently it was hard to sleep. We were travelling with our 2 cats and for their safety we were only able to open the tall small window in the bathroom - which did not give airflow. The location was further from Moncalieri than we would have preferred which is where our friends are. We will not stay there again.
