The room is nice and neat.The area is walkable and safe.The parking is free.This place is good.

The hotel doesn't provide the tea cup and kettle. They provide a one-time use cup, but it is on the first day, no more in the second day. The electric outlet is only 2 prong. The grounded prong was builded in. If you have the power jack with 3 prong. It won't work for you.

A very happy, non English speaking lady checked me in with no problems! Room was ready early and she even took my luggage to the room while I was out for lunch. Seems like a family-owned, old-fashion hotel within walking distance to town and train/tram stations. It's about 25 minutes to Geneva and at 1/3 of the price!

Great service and care from the reception staff, anticipating my needs. Offering guidance on activities, nearby dining and getting luggage in an out of the car.

Rooms slightly worn off

The room was so cute. It's an old fashioned hotel but it looks better than the pictures. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom had clearly been redone in the last few years. The shower got a great review from my boyfriend. The staff was friendly and they had a cute dog. The lobby is pretty and looked really comfortable. There is also outdoor seating, which is nice. The hotel is easy to access via tram and the train station is like a 15min walk away.

I have no major complaints. The only issue is the location, there's not too much going on in Annemasse. However it is very easy to get to Geneva from the hotel. Definitely a lot cheaper to stay in this hotel then Geneva.

Never been here actually BUT. I had a reservation in this Hotel. The plan was to meet a friend in Geneva and sleep in Atalante after thag. The check in time stops at 10.00 pm and we were late, so she offered me to sleep in her house instead. So thank you! ❤️ 10/10 deserved

Not so easy to find, especially when you are tired after a day of travelling. Extra signage would fix this.

Good value for money and on the 17 tram line to the centre of Geneva. Very good continental breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Particularly good if you're traveling by car. Short walk into town for restaurants.

Hotel is located on a crossroads and by railway line so noisy.

The door to the room was warped and so didn't shut too well which meant that you heard a lot of noise from other people in the corridor, especially as the bed was right next to the door.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. Even the cute owner’s dog was welcoming! I like the fact that the check in is relatively early, at 1:00 pm, and that there is free parking onsite. It’s a gated parking lot for the hotel customers. I didn’t know at first that you could just bring your car in front of the gate and the staff would open it for you. So I parked my car in a nearby lot temporarily. The nice lady at the front desk recommended I bring the car into the hotel parking lot right after check-in. I really enjoyed staying there. I would definitely stay there next time I’m in the area.
