Campanile Annemasse Gare– Genève

Conveniently located in the city center, close to restaurants. Convenient private parking lot.

clean and comfortable. Large bed sufficient room and very well appointed.

No enclosed closet.

Simpatia do staff e muito atensioso no pequeno almoço e na recepcao. .

Very good location, and the staff were very nice, attentive and approachable. Room was very clean and comfortable with good wifi and quiet rooms.

Breakfast buffet had choice but limited fresh fruits.

Outstanding staff and management. Made me feel at home and were readily available when I needed them—location, in relation to shops and restaurants, unmatched by higher-priced properties.

Room was cozy and clean, bed very comfortable and towels were soft. Staff super friendly :) perfect location. Walking distance from train station. Pharmacy and restaurants are 1 minute away.

The staff was very good and helpful, especially the guy who worked the night shift, good value for money, good breakfast

Room itself is good and clean

WiFi doesn't work in the room at the end of the hallway and that's very annoying. But the worst part was that someone just entered our room without knocking before half past 8 in the morning. When I went to see what they want, they left without word. All in all, didn't feel very safe.

Location is perfect, it's near train station and food shops, also staff was really helpful

Smell of the entrance of the building and elevator

The hotel is clean and central in Annemasse, near restaurants, markets and coffee shops.

Friendly staff, close to the train station and plenty of restaurants in the area

Cleanliness could be improved

a very short walk to from the train station and all the affordable restaurants is right next door. It is a great place to stay if you are looking to go sightseeing in Geneva for a day or two as you can reach the Geneva tram in 8 minutes walk and save a lot from staying outside of the city. The room and bathroom was spacious, clean and new.The bed was comfy and the soap provided was of great quality. The hotel front door requires a keycard to get in as well.

The 1st floor elevator area and the elevator smell like trash. Im not sure if this is something considered normal but the hotel staff did put an effort on trying to spray it with something but kinda made it worse.

It’s not too clean however my sleep was good. I couldn’t stay all the booked nights as I had to leave earlier. Overall it’s ok nothing special but I don’t think I book again.

The proximity to transport and the staff

The room assigned to us has a very dirty carpet that caused us to sneeze all night

The breakfast is excellent and has maple syrup you have a lovely breakfast but it's a shame that you don't have baths.

Great location! Comfortable rooms and beds. Loved the breakfast choice and quality. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Room slightly too warm (AC didn't work well).

Location, clean and staff.

Accommodating stuff and it is one of few or the only one to offer pay on property, which is awesome for foreigners with visa card limitations.

They weren't flexible on the check-in time, we arrived at 10 am but were forced to wait until 2 pm

Staff was very welcoming and location was very easy to find. Was alot of facilities around for food and transport.

Nothing bad to report.

Bed bugs, run away!

I stayed there last night and me and my youngest daughter came out with multiple bites, I am terrified as they seem to be either bed bugs or fleas, either way we are screwed as they probably jumped in our luggage and don’t speak about multiple butes which are making our days hard, I am allergic and got half of my leg and arm swollen. Nightmare!!!
