Parkingspace is difficult to enter, not clearly indicated how to get there.A bar for drinks would have been nice, although we could of course get drinks from the reception.

- The team is very nice - The waiting room is pleasant

- The heating did not work at all (I had to change rooms 4 times) - The smell in some rooms and in the hallway- The shower had mold in some parts - Water was leaking under the sink - One of the rooms smelled cigarette so I had to change rooms again - The connection of the WIFI is absolutely not stable

The location is really good. You can go easily to Geneve center by a single Tram line. Also, there are some shopping opportunities in the surrounding area.Staff very friendly.

Well, I was expecting more from a Ibis Styles hotel. First, the rooms are not so well cleaned. Second, the hotel needs a renovation, specially in the last floor.

Rooms and toilets smells very bad. Too many stinks on the floors

the place is near the tram station and hence its convenient in both sides France and Geneva

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very acceptable.

We’re not fans of a shower in a bath, due to mobility problems.

Closest public transport available from property.

No uk charging pod is available there only Eu one they have it cost me extra €40 for 3 person. That is so bad.

Good location, easy access by tram to Geneve. Hotel needs some repairs and refurbishment, but is OK.

Location and stuff are really friendly.

Parking is limited, try to access in advance other wise it is possible to not have a parking spot available. Room we stayed smelled like cigarettes.

We liked the location, because it is a few km from the center of Geneva, with good traffic connections. Good breakfast. Clean place to sleep, cheap parking.

Reception staff

My recent stay at the hotel with my family was quite disappointing. The air-conditioning in our room on the 3rd floor was not working, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. I went downstairs in the middle of the night to get help, but there was no one at the desk to assist.In the morning, after requesting a change, we were moved to a room on the 1st floor. Unfortunately, the AC in the new room was also very old and barely functioning. This made our stay quite uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel if a functioning air-conditioning system is important for your comfort.

The room is damp, the carpet on the floor is very dirty, the beds are terrible. It was very, very bad and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff on front desk were very helpful at all times.

The bathroom could have been in better condition. Couldn’t shower without seriously wetting the floor. .

Alternative for expensive hotels in Geneva. Good location, very close to local tram station (with direct line (no. 17) from Geneva center). Average breakfast. Guy on the front desk was very kind and helpful.

Hotel could be cleaner. Many spider webs, old carpet in the hotel room, dirty blanket. Don't believe pictures posted by hotel - equipment is old and used.
