I had wished there was a dining room for the evening. I use a cane and it was a long walk.

Too far to eat dinner

The room was great and wifi worked for what I needed. Breakfast was good - had lots of options to pick from.

Good breakfast and handy parking nearby

Pink, plastic and the shower which poured water everywhere. My room price far exceeded my initial booking fee, I had to move my date forward by a day because of a medical emergency. Why €€€s?

Access straight from car park to hotel was great because it was a cold night. Decor was fun. Room very comfortable. Breakfast good, bacon & egg!

A kettle in the room would be nice.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel is well situated.

There was a weird smell in our room and the bathroom’s walls were a bit dirty.

The breakfast was good.

There was no safe in the room, there was no mini bar in the room, there were no facilities in the room, no tissues, no flannel, no soap, the shower was dangerous and wet the floor and walls, the room was bare it was very sterile there was no where to hang our clothes or put any bag.

The neon lights above the bed did not work independently of the little lights- this was sad as the kids liked it and we wanted to keep them on for a bit

the room i didnt like the colours and that you couldnt seperate turn the light on and of on the bagground of the bed. breakfast i missed a few things what was available in ibis style normally.

During breakfast, none of the hand sanitizer dispensers were refilled; all were empty. Amidst a setting where people were coughing freely and touching various breakfast facilities with their bare hands, both the breakfast area and reception lacked the essential hand sanitizer. This lack of hygiene was a significant concern for me. Moreover, the staff exhibited an unwelcoming attitude, failing to greet guests during breakfast and appearing in a generally unpleasant mood. This experience marked the lowest point one could encounter at a breakfast buffet, highlighting a concerning disregard for basic hygiene by the management. The bacon, notably, emitted an unpleasant odor, rendering it unappetizing—an issue I had never encountered before.During check-in, I was informed by the staff that payment was required immediately, a departure from the usual process. However, at checkout, another staff member claimed that we hadn't paid, leading to an awkward situation and an unpleasant discussion. Such basic lapses in hotel management procedures further detracted from the overall experience.

Great hotel walking distance from the train station, well located in central Montelimar near restaurants and cafes and just a few steps from the charming old city. Very quiet and open view. Staff is friendly and helpful, if you need to book a taxi easy to go through them and very reliable. Breakfast was good.
