ibis budget Biarritz Anglet

This is the worst place I have ever stayed at, the room is very super tiny, and the mattress is very old, the sheets and pillow cases are very old, very shame for a big hotel management company to still use few years old linens. The ceiling was dripping the whole night as it was raining, and our room was in the highest level. We woke up with water on the floor. Also there was a mold in the shower. Please check the photos, just to make sure that I didn’t make anything up. I purchased drinks at the front desk, the receptionist/ night auditor said that i couldn’t pay with a card, only cash payments.

The third bed doesn’t have a comfortable mattress. My son woke up sore.

This is a very good budget hotel, we were three person and a dog and entered in one room.Breakfast was good.The location is great if you have a car, it is just between Bayonne and Biarritz, and near the beaches of Anglet. There is a big grassy area with trees just behind the hotel which was great for early morning and late night stroll with our dog.

Good for one night for price. Rooms small but have everything you need. Airconditioning was not working and it was cold, Bed comfortable, Breakfast basic but good. Close to airport.

IBIS Budget Anglet, is just 8.1km off the A63 and a good spot for a stop-over when traveling from the North to Spain or Portugal. The staff were friendly.Our room had 3 clean towels. It consisted of a clean shower/hand-basin/toilet, a double bed and bunk bed (pillows, sheets & duvets with cover). Very good for those wanting to start their trip early, as breakfast is served from 05:30 - cereals, fruit, ham, cheese, butter, youghurt, james, bread/croissants/pancakes/pain chocolate, tea/coffee/Hot Chocolate.

The staff was very courteous and helpful; it was very clean in general. For its tariff, it was quite a decent choice. While it's a bit far from the centre of Biarritz, it's 9 mins away from the Express bus service, which takes you to the centre in about 20 mins.

The room was a bit cramped for 3 people and there was no lock on the toilet door.

Ibis- always coresponds expectations. You always get what expect if you used it before. Surprise was a lovely cat in reception

We had three sisters in the one room, the third bed was a bunk. The bunk wasn’t made, I was told the guests had to make their own and it was all in a bag! Whilst the main bed had white cotton sheets, the bunk bed duvet was discoloured yellow. The shower was fine. The breakfast was buffet and plentiful . Good coffee

AC hasn't been cleaned and is full of pollen. We're allergic, no way to breath during the night. No soundproofing between rooms

No lifts No travel too and from airport apart from having to get a taxi 15 E each way 5 min ride , especially as the road in front of the hotel is under construction and there is no walk way .

The place was perfect for our short trip—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Would definitely stay again!
