Pros +
- The staff were amazing especially Cecilia on the front desk, helped me find a dentist and speak to them and make sure we arrived okay. Always willing to help and always had a smile on her face - Amazing lady and should get rewarded for her excellence. The food was changed every night and was amazing and the staff in the restaurant worked non stop and hard throughout dinner and the chefs were also on hand to give you the food needed in case it wasn’t available. Top staff thank you all.

Cons -
- The rooms are a bit tired and are in need of a make over - simple changes would go along way and I know air con would help in the summer which is a bigger task to carry out.
- We were first given room number 224 which felt like being sent to the bottom of a World War II submarine - tight, gray walls, red curtains, and a bathroom full of exposed, rusty pipes and moldy grout. It would have been a horrible room to spend a week in. Gladly, the staff was responsive when we complained and moved us to room 404 which felt like a completely different hotel. More space, completely different colors in the room, and just a much nicer space.

Food was amazing, both breakfast and dinner had lots of choice. The bar had good entertainment and super friendly staff. The location was excellent, the beach right outside the hotel with a small beach bar with plenty of choice for food and drinks. Busy restaurant street just 5-10 mins walk. Walk to Biarritz town is about 30-40 mins, but you can take a handy bus.
Hotel itself is little bit tired, needs fresh paint and good clean. We had ants in the bathroom and bedroom despite having no food in the room. We only stayed for 3 nights, so it didn't bother us too much, but couldn't stay full week.
