Staff was wery helpfull, they speak good english, and the breakfast was excelent.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and the room was very small. The AC goes only down to 23°C.

This was perfect for what we wanted, as we had just one day in Biarritz before catching an early flight in the morning. The staff were friendly, we could get some food in the evening, and the rooms were comfortable.We’d stay again if we had to catch an early flight or arrived late in Biarritz. We’d also stay if we had a hire car, but perhaps would stay in the centre of Biarritz if we had a few days there and didn’t have a car. An Uber to the centre was about €20, so okay if you’re sharing with friends…and probably still works out good value as the Ibis is cheaper than staying in the centre of town!

The bathroom could use a refurbishment

Very convenient location near the airport for late arrivals and clients with a car.It is not for pedestrians who want to be in the middle of the town. The breakfast is a plus, good for the price. The staff is friendly.

Walls seems to be made of paper. You can hear a conversation from every room on a floor, or when someone is leaving or coming. When cleaning staff start to work in the morning, that's it for sleeping.

Location good for touring the area. Room was smallish but adequate for two nights. It was clean. Bed comfortable. Good shower. Good choice for breakfast. Staff were friendly. We often stay in Ibis hotels as they all have a similar standard that we trust. And good value for money.

The only negative was the towels! Very thin and seemed very old.

Excellent location for the airport (4 min drive). Very friendly and efficient staff. Definitely recommend.

The food menu consists of ready made meals that the hotel staff heat up. This is convenient and quick, and to be fair they tasted ok, but it's a shame they don't have a cook there on site.

Free parking in front of the hotel. I stayed only one night, in transit, basic room for not such a cheap price.

Super small room for 3 ppl. Bad instructions from the reception person (I was asking how to reach Biarritz city center amd where to park and he sent me on a promenade place of Anglet via googlemaps). I guess there's a lack of English speaking staff.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room was so tiny we could barely fit a cot for our baby. It was also hot at night- the state of the air-conditioning machine was shocking. This hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Sadly, we won't be staying there again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was the best I've had whilst travelling & they even supply takeaway cups and bags for you to take items away with you for the onward journey.

The room, whilst a good size was in need of a revamp, the bathroom was dated.
