Novotel Resort & Spa Biarritz Anglet

A very warm reception. Extremely pet friendly. Not to be missed Great restaurant, free parking plus so friendly Clean , smart , great food .

Conveniently located close to the airport and main high speed trains railway station. Modern and comfortable

Staff a bit undertrained

Staff were super friendly with great English and humoured me with my French ! Lovely rooms. Dog friendly and we’re welcome in bar and restaurant if well behaved. Very easy to find as on main road.

Limited dinner menu but ok.

The location is great and facilities are good

Staff are not experienced and some can be rude and inappropriate.

The breakfast was amazing! The staff very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in an area where it is very easy to catch the bus anywhere

The beds were not very comfortable, the hotel is a bit outdated, but it was very clean so that, the friendly staff and amazing breakfast made up for it.

We had the most amazing room at the end of the hall with windows we could open and overlooked a forested area. Listened to the rain it was great !

Menu in restaurant was a little lacking but, that was okay . We had been eating nonstop in France and Spain for almost 3 weeks .

Breakfast, room, bar, swimming pool all good

Grumpy reception

Pool and bar excellent. Rooms fine although not big

Reception grumpy. Never greeted us like the French

Breakfast, swimming pool, bar.

Reception very grumpy

Pool and breakfast good.

Grumpy staff on arrival. More interested in city tax then us

Everything! Great location, team, amenities.

The outdoor swimming pool facility

Uncomfortable bed mattress and rooms dated although facilities very good and clean.

Nice staff! Good restaurant!

Many children! Also in the bar in evening!

nice hotel

very tiny rooms, no storage, no fridge , more than basic might be ok for 1 night but not for more

The pool, great breakfast, Free parking ......

Room very dated, awful sheets and nylon protector which moved all over the place and exposed the protector, it made you hot, sweaty (in full summer heat ) and just very un 4 star like, single toilet like a 1990's motorway cubicle, very unappealing, its a shame, because the hotel lobby, dining area, and spa is very good, but rooms just don't match it. Staff were friendly and helpful and courteous, but the extremely loud exercise routine and euro pop around the pool each afternoon is frustrating and annoying, yes do exercise, but do you really need that music that loud ? ........

Really helpful and friendly staff. Located close to the airport but nice surroundings. Room a good size for one night. Good evening meal and breakfast.

The staff were brilliant - hard working, good energy, caring and attentive. Good restaurant and tv for watching Euros!

Very hard beds and very hot rooms. We did the use the air but it was very noisy so couldn’t sleep with it on.

Room, staff, breakfast was very good. Will visit again

The pool and the rooms were clean

Breakfast was expensive for buffet style

Excellent location, free parking and a great pool. Staff were very friendly and the whole atmosphere was relaxing
