There weren't many sockets in the room but we called reception and they brought us an extension cord.

Restaurants exceeded expectations, breakfast was great,

Alot of motbike/car engine explosions at midnight.

Everithing was great best restoran in town was in the same building with hote.

the view vas not that good for mountains.

Breakfast buffet, the weather was not fine and the staff has not reached me for the left used clothes in a bag.

Very bright and clean rooms. Bedding and bath towels also were clean and fresh. Great restaurant facilities on the ground floor. Reception ladies and housekeepers were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast hours could be extended to 9:30am.

More like a motel. Far from the standards for a 4-star hotel. Would not recommend.

Cleanness is below standards. Stained and stinky carpet, worn and dated furniture, only one power outlet in the room. No dark curtains, very noisy due to the street traffic. A/C not working properly, unpleasant smell throughout the building (hallways and room).

Lovely hotel room, spacious. Hotel was very modern interior, very clean. Breakfast was good especially the pancakes!

No tea and coffee facilities in room. Air Conditioning very loud - old building unit.

Everything, staff were awful, breakfast was messy and dirty, had to eat on unclean tables… rude and lazy staff, there was no cups or plates

The location of the hotel is great, it is also near Kaufland. The room was clean and the air conditioning was turn on before we check-in. The bath tub was also clean and very well maintained. The stuff was very friendly. I definitely recommend to go to the restaurant of the hotel for your lunch/dinner. Vito restaurant has very good personal and the food was very delicious

I would prefer more diverse breakfast but the food was with good quality.

Easy to find perfect location if you are looking to use the Airport! On arrival there was no parking spaces available due to the Hotel being very busy.However Elena the hotel receptionist, was very helpful and pointed out a parking space reserved for us. Hotel is next door to a restaurant called Vito where we had an excellent meal one of the best we had during our stay in Bulgaria! Perfect way to finish our holiday. When ever we fly to Plovdiv we will stay here again!

On the website of the hotel is written that they offer spa but when we arrived it turned out that the spa isn’t included in the hotel. It’s separate so you have to pay extra and not only that but when we went to check out the spa there was no staff so we couldn’t use it.And the wallpaper was ragged.

Comfortable soft bed.....so good that I overslept and missed the breakfast, which is early 07h00-09h00. Nice views if you are on the top floors. There's a large complimentary bottle of mineral water in the room.

There's only one plug socket in the room and the breakfast finishes too early especially at weekends.

Very good location with parking in front of the hotel and the breakfast was also very good with a big variety of products.

There was only a small bed in the room so it made me feel like i was in a prison cell.:)

Clean, quiet rooms, convenient place and one of the best restaurants (strongly recommended) in the area is located at the hotel. The personnel was very pleasant and attentive.

The entrance area of the room in front of the bathroom was poorly lit; the light bulb needed to be replaced.

Even though the room was large enough there was only a small single bed instead of a comfortable twin bed.What a waste of the room space.
