Very nice and helpful staff. The best location. Clean and maintained. Value for money.

It was ok for the price and fairly clean. It has a nice balcony, good view of the mountain. Clean bathroom.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, the fridge was not working, and the electric sockets were placed behind the beds so it was a bit difficult to charge my phone (broke my cable). Other than that everything was ok.

The view, room and pillows

Easy to check in. Great location and lovely view from balcony.

Cleanliness of room, mainly the carpet and the shower. Further, the bad smell in the bathroom wasn't pleasant. Lastly, there was a hole in the door from a punch, and in general, the facilities could be upkept better.

Really uncomfortable beds. Old pillows and I asked for 4 extra pillows and didn’t get them. There was no parking for our car for the first night. There are only 2 parking spots available. The fridge did not work and our milk went bad. There was no hairdryer.

You get exactly what you expect. The rooms were nice and well equipped. It felt clean and welcoming. We got one of the best sleeps of our lives which by itself shows how comfortable we felt in the room. Also the pillows were VERY comfortable. The location was also very convenient.

It would have been nice if there was a blow dryer in the room.

We have been there already but that time we had better experience. Good location, clean apartment.

The apartment before was equipped more with kitchen corner and cutlery, at this time it was missing. The shower in bathroom not separated so entire restroom will be wet. But bigger problem was that hot water was not working and we notified the available number (from where we received the code for access) and nobody was reacting. We can understand certain failures but never understandable that there is no reaction...

Close to center, free parking

The bed was horrible, hardly able to sleep. The shower soaks the entire bathroom. The listing states including breakfast, no breakfast. Probably due to winter conditions. Closed restaurant.

The place is located near the M1 metro, easy to reach, easy to find. Check in was flawless, could check in earlier than expected. The staff was very very friendly, helped us with a couple of issues. Room was clean, had pleanty of space, beds were comfortable. No problems during our stay, would stay again there.

Great location

We were a family of 4. The flat had one bedroom with a double bed, which was fine. The other two had to sleep in the living room on the sofa which was not comfortable at all.Also we ran out of hot water and had to call the landlord who has sent a plumber to fix it.

The check-in was simple, the location is easy to find

The apartments are definitely not for 4 people. The sofa bed is almost unusable. There is no mattress on it, it is extremely uncomfortable, creaky and on the edge of falling apart when you move. The room and linen were also unacceptably dirty

Very central, pretty view from the balcony, comfortable bed, clean room.

The flat was great size. I traveled with my parents and there was sufficient space for all of us. Big balcony overlooking the mountains. We also visited the restaurant downstairs where the food was great.

The toilet wasn’t working properly but that’s really minor issue

Good location and nice views. The room had a decent size, and the furniture and fittings were fairly new. The Wi-Fi functioned well.

The so-called hotel parking area is hardly reachable and consists of two parking lots, good enough for a Fiat Uno. The guest-rooms are situated on the 4th floor of the building, and there is NO elevator! So, carrying suitcases up-and-down the narrow stairway was a very unpleasant experience! Another rather disappointing fact for such a fairly new building is that they did not do anything about enclosing the shower. Instead, they left a mop (!!), so that after a shower one has to dry the entire bathroom, to avoid slipping and landing in hospital! The entrance doors to the guest rooms are apparently not soundproof. During our 2-days stay, from early in the morning we were tormented by the hysterical shoutings of a female guest and her child. I complained to the receptionist (who, by the way, was sitting at another hotel, as there is NO reception at this property), but the issue was not resolved.

Clean, comfortable room with a nice view in the centre of Asenovgrad.

The location is nice. Easy check in with a texted code and entry. Clean and convenient location to walk to everything.

There’s no breakfast available and no staff/ reception if you have any issues. Found out on the last day that there is parking for the hotel.
