Hotel Fini

Location is good

Rooms are old and need updating Guests are smoking in the rooms

Personal very professional at the same time very friendly and cortes. Location excellent with walking distance to St Padre Pius church, and to downtown

Location and parking. Cleanliness. Comfort of beds.

The restaurant dinners were not that exciting considering the rating. More suited to large group feeding.

Location

One of us was allocated an upstairs room, separate from rest and lift was a disaster and room was a dark room with no windows. When complained too much they gave a room with rest of the group in ground floor, which we were told not available..

Good location, short walk to the church and far enough to avoid the crowds

Breakfast time can be extended past 9:30am. Some older people wake up a bit later and miss out on the breakfast.

It was clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, the parking was free and super close right by the entrance!

Our dinners at the hotel restaurant weren’t anything to write home about. Bland and simple for the price.

Staff accomodating and helpful esp Giuseppe.

Bed hard not too comfortable for us. Not close enough to the Shrine of St Pio

I liked the location. The staff edpecially in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive and helpful. The chef was accommodating. Food is good.

There was no air conditioning for the 2 nights that we were booked. It was so HOT. The reception advised we open the windows. We did and came the mosquitoes. The second day we asked again if the air conditioning would be repaired, but it was not. The wifi was also not working! And the small refrigerator likewise is not working. All of these were supposedly included in their amenities. Had we known, i would have booked another hotel.

Absolutely beautiful. Clean and in a perfect location to see Padre Pio. The staff are very professional. Will be coming back here.

Very nice location close to the churches of San Pio. Has a restaurant with excellent food and very nice staff. Free parking. Very nice breakfast.

Everything was great, but just one tip for breakfast. Please replace the prepacked cheese slices with fresh cuts and it would be perfect.

clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, free parking

Accomodation, room space, rich breakfast , very super location 1 km from the city centre or 1/2 a mile from the Santuario

Need improvement in the service especially in cleanliness.

Housekeeping did not clean our room. Complained about this. Given only towels. No shampoo/soap. Have to request from the reception early in the morning. Only one wastebasket in the toilet. None in the room.

Nice hotel and clean. The room is big and very comfy. The food is good. Location near the sanctuary.

This is a really good hotel. Well run with lovely staff. You get a great breakfast with everything you could want. I will definitely stay again. I felt very comfortable. It's really close to the Shrine of Padre Pio.

The room rate changes on busy nights over the weekend but this happens in many places.

Position is very nice

A\C didn’t work on room 226. Same story last year . Pillows very small . No shower gel or soap in toilet

Good location; breakfast was nice and tasty with lots to choose from, so everyone will find something for themselves. It has nice terrace to enjoy a drink in the evening

Not everyone at the reception speaks English; our ID’s were kept at the reception overnight; coffee for breakfast… doesn’t taste or look like coffee.

The staff was great and ready to check us in at almost midnight

The location is really far if you're traveling by car with no intention to visit the sanctuary

Location. Staff.

No balcony. Breakfast didn't cater for gluten-free.

The location, staff and room

The time of the brakfast should be earlier
