Location, clean, staff!!!

The hotel was really nice! The restaurant had some good options and the food was good. The owners ate very nice and helpful. I would stay here again the next time I go back.

The owner was very nice to offer us 2 rooms because there was no available room that had 2 beds. The hotel seems to be relatively new (or well-maintained) and the rooms are pretty spacious by European standard. Plenty of parking.

The receptionist could have saved us a lot of time by giving us a room only to find out that it had just 1 bed. She kept insisting there was no available room with 2 beds. My reservation had 2 beds, either with 1 twin and 1 queen or 3 twins. That's the time that the owner intervened. There was no point in having this discussion and wasting time with the first room. The receptionist should have been diligent in checking every reservation to ensure proper rooms were reserved. Plus, there was no water pressure in my room on the 2nd floor in the morning that I was not able to take a shower! I was told by the receptionist that there were some work being done in the city affecting the water pressure and that it would be back in the afternoon. But we were staying only for 1 night. They could have made a notice to shower in the afternoon or a night.

The staff is exceptional. They are extremely helpful with information about the places to visit and with transportation. It's super clean. Food is very good at the restaurant.

We booked our Friday night stay abd there was a birthday party in the hotel that had loud speakers blasting with music from 10 am to at least 2am. We called the receptionist and went downstairs to complain and the loud music was still on. The hotel staff obviously didn’t value the hotel guests.

I paid double money ? full amount. I already paid the day when I booked booked this facility because the booking app did not allow me to confirm my booking without payment. ? Still, I had to pay here again the full amount. It is cheating. Booking.com is supposed to pay me back the amount. Or is the hotel supposed to pay back the amount. All other places they didn't get extra money from me But this hotel cheated me by saying that you paid for booking. Com not for us. I am not sure how everyone booking in this app specially for this hotel.I am so upset ? with this incident. They said they did not get any messages that I paid here earlier, ? Even they asked me to call customer care to confirm it But the person in booking. Com also rudely asked me to pay there again. I am really confused how this business is happening ?

I had to pay 2 times for this hotel, and I lost double money for one night. They said they do not have any records on it yet that they have already paid for it .I need to get money back ?

A well managed hotel that provides great service to the clientele that is there to visit the St Pio church and shrine. The free shuttle service, on site parking and a helpful and knowledgeable staff helped make this a most rewarding experience.

Warm welcoming, very nice breakfast, easy parking at the hotel or nearby. People were very nice and gentle to us :)

The hotel staff are very accomodating. The room is spacious and clean and the food is delicious. There is also a free shuttle from the hotel going to the sanctuary. Recommended!

The staff was courteous and very helpful. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed hiking in the Parco Nazionale del Gargano.

It was a perfect location nice safe and friendly area.Hotel staff were so friendly and very accommodating.The shuttle bus service to the sanctuary was excellent dropping and collecting my friend and myself each day ?Gorgeous breakfast every morning with plenty to choose from ? I never leave reviews but this family run hotel deserves a 10 out of 10 for a brilliant service nice clean rooms with housekeeping service every day of our stay ?

I can honestly say I couldn't fault anything we had a small problem with the door but it was rectified without delay

Location was great, breakfast was okay for a small charge. Free shuttle to the Shrine of St Padre Pio. It's a 3 star hotel but with a 5 star treatment. The shuttle driver is the owner of the hotel, Don Leonardo. He's very humble and down to earth person. He doesn't speak that much english but he tries to show the beautiful scenery of San Giovanni Rotondo.

Nothing. We love to go back there someday and bring our children with us.

Mr.Donato took care of us from arrival at the bus station and back. Theres shuttle bus to go to the sanctuary and back for free. Food is excellent. Everybody friendly and it was great experience. Thank you so much again Hotel Leon.thumbs up..Cris

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for one night on a trip of many months. I wish I had stayed longer, everything was perfect.The staff was friendly and attentive from the start. The restaurant is magnificent and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

For me the location was perfect, since I was traveling with my car. But for someone who travels by public transport and who wants to go to the sanctuary area, it could be a bit far away.

The employees were great. We were dropped off at the Padre Pio Sanctuary and when we wanted to go back, we called and he was there within 10 minutes. Room was extremely clean

We wanted to eat at the hotel but there was some kind of party going on that lasted into dinner service. Noise deafening music. Thankfully the lady at the front desk gave us an excellent restaurant suggestion at a 10 minute walk. PERFECT! Breakfast was not what I was expecting. The only good thing about it was the huge croissant. Everything else was wrapped in plastic, juice was watery and coffee came out if the machine and was horrendous
