Convenient location with parking space and excellent service. Good restaurant next to the property.

Everything was ok, I highly recommend this place.

Great location. Excellent, very helpful host. Very good restaurant next door.

Breakfast was the minimum croissants, jam, butter, coffee, tea, juice. But grateful it was there. Location was excellent and rooms were comfortable, bathrooms neat and clean. Manager was very courteous and kind.

We had a horrible experience at the time of check in. We were already tired after a long ride with elderlies, and it was night time when we got there. There was a receptionist called Cris, who was very rude. We had booked and prepaid for 3 separate rooms and she for some reason decided we only needed 2 and lied to us saying the other room was not in order. She was in a hurry to close the place and leave, leaving us unsettled. There were other guests who came in after us and they were waiting outside in the cold as she had closed the place.Nevertheless, after some much heated arguments, we gave her an option to either get the manager/owner, or we call the police! Finally, the manager came in and offered us our rooms. He was very kind and tended to our needs.

parking places in front of the building - no slope ?, comfy beds, perfect location , tasty breakfast

the french window in the upper apartment can't be closed properly - just remainder - it didn't spoil our stay

Perfectly located close to the basilicas and adjacent to a fantastic trattoria/pizzeria next door.

Location, clean, comfortable and friendly staffs

No ref and suggest add protein items in their breakfast

The location was fantastic. Parking onsite was really convenient, the rooms were comfortable and the staff and breakfast was outstanding. The restaurant next door was also excellent.

Rooms were spacious and clean, AC was cool, breakfast in the mornings was excellent!

The location was great very close to where we wanted to go. Breakfast was just enough to kick start our day of exploring. The room had a minor issue but was easily fixed.

The room was great for our family of five. Quite and comfortable. Friendly host.

All was fantastic

The Hotel is few minutes to Saint Padre Pio’s Santuary and the hotel facility is super clean with great receptionist/personels. I will definitely recommend tourist or those who intend to visit San Giovanni Rotando to book a room .

Breakfast was good but very disappointed with the timing from 8-9am, the second day i didn't have may breakfast because i need to leave before 8am for the bus station which depart at 8;15am.

Need to communicate more in English

It was clean and in a good location

There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room to make a hot drink and one had to buy

Great location. Clean room. Friendly staff. The breakfast was very good and the fresh made coffee was excellent.

I arrived after 9pm and the hotel was closed. The hotel called me but I missed the call.A text message with the instructions would have been good to have.

location was excellent as I came to visit Padre Pío, literally 5 min walk from hotel

The location is our priority. Because we went there for San Pio honestly. We’ve been there twice and we’ll be back again for sure. Everything was perfect. Rosa and the owners daughter are the best. See you again soon. ❤️

Pleasant

I had to sleep in a narrow single bed because the double bed did not have bedsheets. Breakfast was not good, just sweet things, no choice of anything savoury.

great breakfastlocationand service

Very kind owners, nice location close to Padre Pio, good restaurant nearby, we could extend our stay with one night thank to the flaxibility of the owners

nothing to mention

The hotel has excellent location, just at the bottom of the hill where main churches are so you can easily just walk there. There are very kind people at reception, our room was large enough for all of us (4 travellers), simple but clean with nice family restaurant in rhe neighbourhood.
