Super convenient location for visiting the Sanctuary of St Padre Pio. Nice breakfast buffet. Convenient external elevator to go up to the main street. Relatively close with a bit of uphill/downhill walking.

Valentino at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel at home during my stay. Really friendly staff, great location, dinner was delicious, overall great value for this stay, I would stay here again

Breakfast was good, room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was very friendly and helpful - they helped to book a taxi at 05:00 AM to another city (we had to catch an early bus from Foggia). Location is very close to the church.

Staff didn't talk English too well, but we managed to understand each other.

We are repeating customers. We come yearly and have stayed at this hotel for at least 10 years now.

Really nice hotel within walking distance to the Sanctuary of Saint Pio of Pietrelcina. Enjoyed the nearby dining in downtown San Giovanni Rotondo. Breakfast was amazing!!

    Breakfast, clean, location.

The location is excellent for visiting the Padre Pio Shrine, and the use of the lift is good for people with mobility issues, there is a small charge for the lift each way, but well worth it. The rooms are clean.

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff. Extremely clean and in an ideal location for visiting the Shrine of Padre Pio. Would most definetly stay here again.

I stayed in Hotel Vittoria for 3 days and 2 nights. When I arrived, the staff member who met me was very accommodating and although it was not yet the time to check in, he gave me the key and said the room was ready, and I asked him if the restaurant was open for lunch. He said yes and after settling my luggage, I went to the restaurant and the food was really appetising and savoury. I think (I'm not sure) that they are using hand-made pasta. That is why I prefer to eat in the restaurant because of the food quality. The guys who assisted me in the restaurant were very accommodating; although I don't speak Italian, they were really helpful when I was choosing the food and were quick to the next menu once I finished my food. They also let me eat early because I was about to check out and had to catch the 7:35 AM bus to Foggia. No risotto in the menu though. I have been really craving it since I came to ItalyThe room was big enough for one person and even had big space to move around. They also change the towels and replenish the soap and bodywash daily. The hotel is just about 2-3 mins walk to the main church (if you are a fast walker) and 5 mins (if you like dilly-dallying) and very near to the bus stop. The hotel is accessible by stairs and elevator, but as for the elevator, a coin was needed for it to function, I guess. I haven't really used it since I am able to carry my luggage up and down the stairs. The staff was very helpful in showing me the bus timings going to Foggia and to Monte San Angelo and where to buy the bus ticket. One Tip: If you are planning to go to Monte San Angelo, go there in the morning, because they will be close at around 12:30 or 13:00 - 14:30. There will be masses in the basilica in the morning, and you will still have enough time to see the site before the next bus comes. The bus going there has long gaps, especially on holidays, so better prepare unless you go by car.

The hair dryer for me was not really safe to use for a long time, as there was no handle, and you could feel the heat on your palm. I am just not sure in other rooms, if they have the same hair dryer.

Breakfast was very good. A lot of choices. We really had a wonderful stay at the hotel. They even help us book a taxi to pick us up from Foggia. I highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Hotel Vittoria. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. Lunch and breakfast at the restaurant were outstanding. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free on-site parking and close proximity to Padre Pio church made it the perfect place to stay.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

The hotel is fantastic. We liked everything. The location couldn't be better. Very clean and tidy. The attention of all the staff was spectacular. The food in the dining room for breakfast was good.

everything was very good. nothing to complain about.

It‘s near to the place we want to visit — Padre Pio. There are a lot of elevators (very good for those whose mobility is not so flexible). And we love the fact that there is an accessible elevator to the entrance of the hotel from the bus station. But only at the cost of 0,50€ per use. Would be good if one has the habit of keeping coins with them.

Overall it was ok. But probably it was the room we got into — we found it dusty. We don’t get room service everyday we are away in a hotel, because we ourselves keep the room clean and neat anyway. And it had always been fine when we stay in other hotels. But here, after a day of being away, the stuff we left in the hotel room are full of dust. I suspected it was from the curtains… For those who have really sensitive sense of smell, like my mom, there might be some issues.
