Friendly and close to everything

Bathrooms are too small otherwise everything was excellent.

Didn’t like the extra charges on checkout, it should disclose this on their website before bookingThey charged us €2 per person to use kitchen intentions and menu we wanted to book a table but only could book as a group not individual for specific meals

nothing. everything was to our satisfaction. Pity it's a bit too far from the airport of Bari, the only way we could access the hotel was through taxi service which was quite expensive.

The breakfast was really good. Lots of options, very professional staff making sure you were looked after. Many choices, continental breakfast or cooked to your request. Beautiful pool area. Barman was lovely. All staff very nice.

No shampoo/conditioner/ body wash in the room. After travelling 24hours and driving 5, those thoughtful extras make a huge difference. A bottle of water in the fridge would’ve been nice.Pillows were rock hard and too high.

The location was excellent. Close to the Padre Pio shrine. Enjoyed the outdoor restaurant as well. Food was great! The hotel helped us in getting a taxi ride back from the shrine.The staff also gave us accurate directions that helped us explore San Giovanni.Antonio helped me well in correcting the reversal needed after we left for Rome. He was very pleasant over the phone and courteous in his email style of writing. This is a hotel you can trust because of Antonio. Always look for Antonio and you will be in good hands.

Internet connection has much to be improved. Had to use my own mobile bandwidth to join calls. Good thing that we arrived on a weekend and did not need to do much international interface.

The rooms were a good size, very simple, with old style furniture, but clean. Great localization. Big swimming pool. Privet parking and great restaurant in the garden - call ' the Factory' - amazing food and not expensive. Breakfast was good, and with big choice.

I hope they will fix the bathrooms, because they are old, with a broken tiles and old equipment. I never in my life see thatold dryer and waste bin.

What a lovely Hotel!Stayed here for 3 nights, with family. We stayed In the renovated deluxe rooms. Very comfy and a nice size. Also bathroom nice and big as well. Balcony was great, to let some fresh air in the room.Was great to have the pool, as we staying during summer. Was nice and very big, with outside tables and great area at night to sit and have a drink, as they also have a bar.Had dinner at the restaurant one evening as not many places around to eat. Food was lovely, and staff very nice.Breakfast is continental, however that was enough. Will stay here again if I return.Make sure you head down to the Beer & Grill Restaurant about 200 meters down the road!

Everything was great

Great location, bus right out the front that takes you to town and also to Foggia train station.Great steak house about 200 metres from hotel, went twice and staff very nice

Stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe room, definitely nicer than economy room. Deluxe room nicely renovated and big and great bathroom and balcony Staff were absolutely wonderful and always friendly. Breakfast included; however it is continental which was more than enough. Will stay here again next time for sure.

The entire hotel was clean, comfortable and felt luxurious . The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The food was fantastic as well . We enjoyed relaxing by the pool with a brink from the bar. The prices were very reasonable as well.We would definitely stay again.

Place beautiful, huge and so clean. It have a chapel, and for me that I was traveling in a religious journey was a nice surprise

The space was delightful for the kids. With play areas nearby, within and close to the premises, the kids had no shortage of fun. Although the pool was not open at the time, we could see that it would be a real positive advantage in the warmer times. The staff was very friendly and catered to us - even helping with special needs for the baby. The rooms were spacious, clean and quite comfortable. We even had one of our family members (a professional pianist) play the piano in the lobby for "apéro time".

Perhaps just some clarity on the fitness center - if it's open to guests, it would be helpful to have a map of how to arrive and what is needed to use the fitness equipment. We loved our stay.

Breakfast was fair. Not great but enough. More than what is usual in Italy. Pool is nice specially if you travel in summer or near summer.

The it self designed good and close to the st. Padre pio church.

Room was not very clean, breakfast is very basic. The cleaners touching the belonging of the guest while room clean. One of our lost daimond ring and necklace. But necklace was returned probably it was imitation.

Very poor

There is no water kettle in the room, especially with families, babies need to warm up their food.
