The proximity to the train station and airport transport. Village is located in seaside area of Sitges with endless choices of restaurant/shops/nightlife. Hotel is situated just outside the intensity of crowds. Staff and all the staff are wonderful

Would have been nice to have one English movie/tv option other than news. Shower door needs to be sealed, water escapes to floor during showers

It's close to all, inexpensive, great breakfast, fabulous shower, HUGE comfy bed!

I had a basic room and it was spartan. Just a small desk and chair. I sitting chair would be a big plus. But the slightly more expensive rooms have that. But the bed more than made up for it!

I liked that breakfast is included, and staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very good, near the train station, shops, cafes, bars, and not far from the beach.

It is not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, it is old and can use some updating. For a resort town like Sitges, however, it is a good deal.

The staffs at the reception were so welcoming and always smiling, even in the midnight at 3am, when you return to hotel after your well spent nights in Sitges. The breakfast — and even the coffee with pastries in the evening — were the best I’ve had anywhere in Europe till date. The breakfast team (staffs), in particular, make you feel truly looked after; they genuinely want you to eat, relax, and enjoy your time. Very professional housekeeping was done everyday, and rooms were spotless. The location is also perfect — couldn’t ask for better!

I liked everything. The pool can be heated Jacuzzi was perfect. The lift is a bit funny and make u wait a little while, however it was not a big deal.

Perfect location, welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable room, next to bed outlets, good wifi and unbelievably amazing breakfast. We were able to park our bicycles in garage( €7 per night for the 2)

The property is in a great location. Close to train & bus stops . It is also close enough to beach without being in a crowded area. The pool area is a very nice addition. Appreciate the afternoon tea.. & the breakfast selection is incredible .

Perhaps some updating of furniture and decor.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Location is convenient to train or bus in our case due to an unexpected transportation detour from Barcelona-Sants station to Sitges

Upon entering my room the air conditioning unit made a very loud noise which I reported immediately. The receptionist called for maintenance who repaired it in a very timely manner. The building could use an update.

I received a warm greeting from a very gentle, kind and patient man who explained everything I needed to know. The room was spotless. I had a balcony with a table and chairs and a chaise lounge. The room had a sizeable safe. The airconditioning was good and under my control. The breakfast was amazing—the variety and the care and the staff. It’s a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to all the relevant nightlife. I met some nice couples during my stay. It’s also quiet. I slept well. I liked it so much that I booked another stay next week!

The shower has instructions that you need to read, or if you’re adventurous, you can wing it by trial and error. I appreciated the surprises :)

Wonderful stay! The staff are incredible- everyone is so friendly and helpful. The pool is a great way to cool off in the summer, and the location is great as well. It is a very easy walk from the Sitges train station, and is also an easy walk to all you'll want to explore in Sitges, including beaches, restaurants and shopping. There is a very big supermarket just around the corner for any supplies you need, and the hotel supplies towels, umbrellas and other necessities (with a small security deposit, but essentially for free!) We enjoyed having the breakfast included as well.

The hotel is slightly dated, but really this is a very minor thing. We did not use the rooftop hottub, so we cannot comment on that. Would stay here again for sure!

The elevator in the second property was a little wonky but worked!

50% of rooms are with a street view and this is really annoying because of sound. We were not lucky and struggled with noise outside especially at nights. There was an option to close the doors and use air conditioning during sleep but it's unnatural. The toaster at the kitchen makes a high tone sound and should be fixed.

Everything was perfect! Very polite and attentive staff, very clean facilities, big balcony, nice breakfast, great location in the city center and close to the train station. Absolute highlight for those who do not like to get up early: breakfast is served until 12:00 PM! Parasol and beach towels are available at the reception desk. We had a great time, and we'll likely stay here again in the future.
