Kare No Apartments by Sitges Group

This is not a hotel. It is an apartment, about five floors and about 20 units. Our apartment was a studio with a small fridge and a stove top and microwave. It was not large but it was comfortable and fine for two people. It was very close to the beach.

No. It was reasonably priced and suited us fine. We would stay there again.

Great location very close to the beach, shops and groceries. The flat was very comfortable to stay in, clean, great bed, spacious, great shower, great lighting and everything you can ask for in a self-catering apartment. It has basic kitchen necessities and cutlery and you are provided with a cleaning kit including bin bags, sponge, dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets. There is a laundry washer and dryer on the top floor too which was great. We stayed for 10 days and there was a mid-point cleaning session at day 7.

We were asked to buy new cleaning kit from the management team when we asked for extra dishwasher tablets (only 2 -3 given for 10 day stay and we cooked everyday). We ended up buying dishwasher tablets as it was cheaper and brought extra home.

Return visit to Sitges and this apartment makes our holiday visit perfect! Its location and amenities enhance the experience. Communication with staff was excellent. You can drop off your luggage at the bottom of the street before parking and the virtual check-in was seamless for us. Washer/dryer on terrace-nice relaxing space whilst getting laundry done.

Nothing-highly recommend!

Near beach and central

The apartment is not very soundproof. If that is an issue for you, then this might not be the right apartment. Didn’t really bother us.

A great stay !. Great location in the old town, very close to the beach, and lots of restaurants nearby, but still quiet at night. Top floor apartment has a large private terrace with sea view. Very comfortably furnished. Everything you need in the kitchenette and beach towels are provided. Loved it !.

The bathroom is tiny, but it is fine. The bed is not huge, but it was comfortable. A full length mirror would be a nice addition.

The property was very clean and well equipped. The representative I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. The apartment is in a good place. The only down side was the pillows, not very comfortable, far too soft. And the wooden shutters don’t close enough to block out the streetlights opposite.

Perfect location, few steps from beach, sights. Clean, large bed, very comfortable. TV with WiFi room with WiFi, quiet street, quiet room for ground floor. Lots of essentials.

Could have had more shelves for toiletries etc in shower, bathroom. But most places do t have this, just a personal preference. Doesn't take anything away from the fact it was an excellent apartment

Disappointing. We spent very little time in it, although the weather was not good.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. The apartment is very dark - walls painted dark, very little natural light or ventilation. We could not keep the one window open due to the street noise and the loud music from the nightclub next door for 3 nights. There was a very unpleasant smell from the fridge which we reported. It was a problem from the moment we arrived and certainly not our fault as was suggested in the response to us. On the Sunday we requested that we would be moved to another apartment. Disappointingly we were informed there would be an extra charge of €200+ for the remaining 4 nights which we were not prepared to pay. There was nowhere to dry clothes/swimwear. We vacated the apartment 2 days/nights early at our own expense.

Excellent value for the price, location could not be better, and the room was fantastic - it was great to be able to cook with all cooking equipment supplied. Reception was also very helpful. Thank you

A knife sharpener would be good to include, as the knives were very very blunt.The door to the rooftop terrace could use a different handle - I crushed my finger twice opening this door

Location very close to the beach. Room was modern, very clean and had everything we needed.

The noise was a bit of an issue for us. But not something you can fix as there are two pubs on the road.

We liked everything ? We stayed in the first floor studio overlooking the street. It was well equipped, very comfortable & in a great location in central Sitges, but still quiet overnight so no issues with sleeping. Sitges Group were also great in terms of their communication & their support with any queries or issues.We would definitely book again.

Compact, but everything you need. Brilliant location with a beautiful sea view and the terrace was amazing. If it hadn’t been for the boiler issue, it would have been 10/10

We had problems with the boiler so ended up with no hot water. This was completely outwith the control of the team who tried to get it fixed and we were compensated straight away.

Clean room. Good location. Easy to check in. Staff is very responsive and helpful.

The bottom apartment is very dark with not much natural light.

Very compact but had everything you’d want for a short stay.

Had to climb into the bed from the bottom as it was in an alcove. No hot water for 5 of the 7 nights.It’s located next to a church and the bells ring all night long.

Great facilities. Helpful staff and good communication prior to visit. Easy to access and well located.

There is a cocktail bar next door open until 3amAnd playing loud music. Bathroom needed a bit of a paint touch up.

Amazing apartment and location, the check in was so simple and the reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. 6 stars if I could, amazing place would definitely recommend!

The location is perfect! The building itself is very clean and to a good internal standard. Accessing the building is also simple and there were lovely nice touches like some coffee pods and a bottle of water. I was in the studio on the ground floor and this was ideal for me. All of the facilities I would need and everything was comfortable and in order. The terrace is a sun trap and is a really nice place to escape it all. I honestly can’t fault the properly or the staff at Sitges group.
