Pros +
- Located near almost everything, the beach, the supermarket, train station, shops and restaurants.
Cons -
- Too old inside without an elevator. Needs remodeling the rooms and a kitchenette to be called an apartment. This is more of a old fashioned hotel than an apartment. Parking is impossible.
