We sure don’t like the property owner or management not helpful. He make us go look for our own building with heavy luggage. We both over 74 years of age and lifting luggage with no help from him. He do not reply on your text or call unless involve money he doesn’t give us a new set of tower Rent for three day using old towel over and over.

The air conditioning doesn’t cool off at all. You can’t change it at all. I booked an apartment for 2 but I said one person and they charge for an extra person even though the capacity was for two guests. The were flies everywhere inside the apartment

We had a water leak in our room from upstairs in the bathroom Not very clean, very noisy at night , all night.

The place is nice in a really good spot

To watch television you have to sit in beds, no towels in Kitchen to dry dishes,, no soap for dishwasher, 2 different glasses, one of two cups with crack and had to call them to get the keys as no one was in the building.we were sent to for the keys.

The apartment is located in the heart of Sitges, yet on a relatively quiet street, close to all restaurants, amenities and the seafront. The access is by means of a card. A card was provided to each of use (very convenient). Note that there is a time window for check-in during which you need to meet the owner to be handed to key cards. The apartment (number 15) is basically a studio apartment consisting of one large room with a shower room. There is kitchen within the apartment, and it includes a dishwasher. The temperature is regulated by means of an air-conditioning unit, and there is a heater in the shower room (also convenient to dry the towels).

The kitchen is not very well equipped. For instance, there is no kettle, so we had to boil water for the tea/coffee in a pot. We only got 1 towel and 1 face towel each for the 5 nights of out stay. The wi-fi is very bad since wi-fi connection is only possible just next to the door of the apartment. The windows are not double glazed, so the room tends to be a bit cool during the winter months. Deeper cleaning is required, including the floor under the beds. The apartments are non-smoking but it seems that some guests were smoking in the staircase and it smelled of smoke most of the time.

Location was good.

Very noisy with doors banging all night. People in hallway chatting and laughing at 2am. The noise from other flats was really bad.

No hospitality. Coffe machine broken. Lack of cosmetics in the bathroom. Two big towels but only one small towel. Instead o 5… EUR tourist tax we had to pay 8 EUR. Not friendly host.

It's right in the centre so more convenient to all amenities around.

There are quite a few very "SERIOUS" concerns that were not only disappointing but frustrating. 1. The guy who met me at the reception, after I had to ring him on the phone quite a few times, was Spanish, middle aged and immensely rude. He asked me for 5 euros first and then handed over the keys to me. I asked him if he can come with me to show me the apartment, which according to him was only 2 minutes walk, but he refused to do so by saying that he doesn't need to educate me about the routes and that I can ask the people in the streets for the address. I told him that if it's that close then why can't he come with me but he was adamant to help me and continued to be rude and unsupportive.2. I was charged for the breakfast but when I asked this Spanish man, whilst I was collecting the keys, that where can I go for the breakfast and he told me very rudely that there is no breakfast. I told him that I have been charged for it but he continued saying that I need to arrange for breakfast. I didn't want to argue with him.2. The air-conditioning didn't work during my entire stay.3. It was hard to access the reception due to no office where staff could be seen for any help needed. and I would have to make several calls, if they would ever be received, the staff would never want to meet in person to hear you rather would snub you by saying that they don't know.4. The flat wasn't sound proof, as they claim, and I had a disturb sleep during my entire stay due to the noise in the street.5. I asked for clean towels and this Spanish man said that I would have to pay 6 euros for each towel, which was ridiculous.6. There wasn't any Wifi at all, which they claim they have.7. The hob in the kitchen wasn't working.

The location was very central.

There's practically no staff around unless you call them on the phone. There's no bell on the door when you check-in and you'll have to call them by a number shown on the door. It's a bit pricey for its amenities.

Manager rude refused to help me .He just yelled that I must speak Spanish saying you not listen to him. He should be sacked I was a tourist trapped in a nightmare from hello.No wifi, safe not working, no room service, water only worked sometimes. Rain came through roof into bed room. Will let local council know of Sub standard accommodation

The apt was dirty and toilet was so dirty. Pillows was dirty. Toilet was not clean. They not clean the apt at all. Also was dirty under the bed. The employee or owner don’t let check in early even we want pay the 31$ he want charge for early check up. He never answer the call. Also some other guest was waiting outside to check in. He never let get inside until 4 PM but even that they move to another building 4 blocks of the other building. The price was to high for not clean and dirty place. He was so rude and he never answer the call. He as making a racist jokes about me beating german.

I don’t like nothing. I want my money back to be honest sleeping there feel sleeping in a dirty shelter. Pillow was smell so bad. And have blood. I take pics of all.

Very convenient, central location.

The air conditioner never came on, my entire stay. The temperature in the room was always 26-27.5 degrees (79-81.5) The nice gentleman who checked me in, came up to look, asked me to call the main number. A very rude different man told me to stop talking so he could educate me, said the air conditioner worked fine, and hung up on me. Also, very minor thing, the bedspreads were old and stained.

The description said there was a kitchen with a microwave, Nespresso machine!The pics showed a completely different room! The price was higher than listed!Noise from above us.The beds were 2, twin, beds pushed together causing a gap in between them while sleeping. Sometimes we did not have running water! Water pressure was really bad!
